Best Western Plus Philadelphia-Choctaw Hotel and Suites

Very nice and well put together. The staff was great and very friendly.

I paid for a king size suite with soft bed. I got a couch no sleeping bed. I have two teenage boys and the first time in 18 years me and my husband had to sleep separately. My husband gave me and our boys the bed while he slept on the couch. 😡😡 The room was prepared but was not cleaned. We found earrings under the phone and trash on the side on the couch. The room was prepared for three guess not 4 and I know I stated 4.

The Bed was very comfortable

The room price was WAY TOO HIGH for what we got. I stay at Hilton Hotels often, and for that price I get a kitchenette, somewhere to out my soap in my bathroom. How you all don't have soap dishes? The pool right by a room is not a good idea. People was in in all night, having a party. I will be back soon, but this will not be the Hotel for me. Breakfast was horrible.

The property is easily accessible and visible from the road. It is close to the casino-the venue for the event we attended. All staff members I encountered were friendly. They did have some very basic breakfast offerings- yogurt, packaged breakfast pastry, the standard waffle set up, etc.

I had no issues with the property itself. The coffee maker in my room was missing a piece so I wasn’t able to actually make coffee in the room. They do have coffee downstairs where breakfast is served.

The staff was very courteous and polite and the breakfast was delicious the rooms and the common areas were very clean I would recommend my friends and family to stay at Best Western hotels and suites very friendly and courteous employees I really enjoyed my stay thank you

Pool was nice and hours for swimming. View was nice. Very peaceful. Comfy beds and room is plenty big. Could use more pillows.

It was great but the only thing is it had a bad odor from the time you got off the first floor. As soon as you go through stairwell it even stinks really bad like dog urine. . Really could use new carpet all the way through and some bleach down the stairs!! My rom was so stout that I actually thought about complaining and leaving but it was the only hotel available.. even my kids complained!! Stinky!! Please shampoo or replace the carport and you get a 10 instead of 8. Also didn’t get the rooms I had booked originally.

The breakfast was fairly good. One of the waffle makers left a black substance on the waffle. The orange juice was nasty (watered down).

The orange juice could be more orange juice b/c it didn’t taste like orange juice at all. The toilet lid in the bathroom wouldn’t stay up. It was a bit stuffy in the room, even with the system set on 65.

quiet location. Windows that open. quiet building. We had 65 degree weather Dec. 8th and we fell asleep with the window open, listening to crickets (real ones). Woke up to birds singing. Plumbing had great pressure. Breakfast hostess and was wonderful.

sink drain was slow. Weird smell in public hallways.

Overall, the property was clean and the staff members were very nice and helpful.

The linen on one of my beds were dirty upon arrival. I was given new linen but had to put it on myself. Also, the bathroom ceiling was full of mold.

The staff was pleasant. The gentlemen on the weekend was swamp with check-ins but he handled it efficiently. Having breakfast provided with vegan options were great! The room was clean and you could still smell it upon entering.

It was centrally located easy to get to and close to the restaurants.

It was two large groups staying at the hotel. It seemed as if both groups were getting dressed at the same time the hot water ran out.
