Hampton Inn Belton/Kansas City

Great breakfast, comfy beds, indoor pool supplied with towels and cheerful and helpful staff. Very short drive to Overland Park which is full of fun family activities like a children's farmstead, prairie fire museum, and BRKTHROUGH.

After breakfast, creamer options were removed from the coffee area in the lobby. The pool was a little chilly even though "heated". Priced a bit higher than expected but we booked with very short notice due to other arrangements not working out.

The lady at the desk, Kim, was very friendly and helpful. We were told we didn't have have a reservation even though we had a confirmation and they were sold out. She told us she would take care of it. She asked the cleaning staff about the smell of a room that previously had dogs staying in it and he told her it did have a smell. So she had him finish making up a room. It was a double queen instead of the king we reserved. Breakfast was good, many choices to pick from.

We didn't understand why we were told we didn't have a reservation and why they were sold out, but yet we had a choice of 2 rooms. The beds were really hard, not very comfortable.

Loved the bathroom/shower. Loved the friendly staff. Loved the cleanliness. The pillows were very comfy. The complimentary hygiene products were top notch and Loved the complimentary ear buds provided in the workout room and the free continental breakfast was way better than expected! Randy (the kitchen Mgr?) was very friendly and treated everyone like family or lifelong friends!

Hmmmm.... I can't really think of anything that I disliked during my visit other than the fact that there wasn't really much to choose from (as far as drinks) in the Suite Shop

I loved that I could bring my 2 large dogs. This hotel didn't discriminate on size or breed and that was amazing since my 2 girls have pitbull in them. Other guests were quiet and respectful with their dogs too. It was a really nice stay at a hotel for once.

Breakfast. Need to have healthier options and vegan/vegetarian options. There was fruit but a lot of it was over-ripe. I don't eat meat and watch my carbs so it really limited what I could eat. Also there needs to be a better selection of coffee creamers at the coffee bar.

I loved the fact they had breakfast in the morning the location was good and the front desk staff were absolutely excellent

I didn't like that we had to request housekeeping to clean up our room when we left and when I did request for them to clean our room when we left our room the 2nd time we came back and our room still hadn't been touched and also our phone didn't work so we couldn't call the front desk

The room was excellent. Very clean, quiet, and a nice getaway spot. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The beds were soft with great support. I slept like a baby!! Great spot to stay for the value!

The staff were lack luster in attitude when I arrived, but very polite no one was rude to me. Just not perky, which is understandable as I don't know all the details of their days. The gentleman that was there when I checked out early in the morning was very nice!

It was easy to find. It was close to a restaurant we love. We got to be on 1st floor without paying extra, which is important because we are handicap. It was clean, and very nice. It was quiet and everything worked. I had never actually seen the sink in the bathroom at a hotel so it was nice. We will definitely stay here whenever we are in K.C. thank you for making our trip all the better.

There was not anything that we did not like. Everything was perfect. It is a beautiful hotel.

The quality of the rooms and breakfast having access to computers and printers on site!

Was charge $7.38 extra for each stay after promised booking.com. rate was $87.00 for two days. Called front desk they said they would take care of apparently they did not. I am disappointed with dishonesty and trust! I will book at another location Hampton Inn but not this exact location! I will in good faith allow them to keep whatever was taken from the company account! I will let the complaints be worked out for the better good! 11:1

Clean, comfortable and staff was exceptional. Having the pool available and warm when it was 17 degrees outside was awesome.

No coffee creamers. Coffee was always available but no creamers. You had access to milk during breakfast hours only. Breakfast was not exceptional.. no waffles 😕

The staff were great! We had an issue with our key card and they handled it well. There were a comedy of errors that happened and not just to us. But the staff were professional and worked hard to make everything right for everyone.
