Prior guest ratings were positive. Convenient (walking) access to Walmart, local shops and restaurants- and a drivers licensing office .2 miles walking distance. Room was very clean with A/C or heat, hot shower with great water pressure. Clean bathroom, sheets. TV, refrigerator and must haves all included. also have a pool, fitness center and “breakfast” although I did not partake. there’s a local convenience store to find everything needed - coffee, breakfast donuts, etc;

Bedspreads need to be updated/replaced.

Rooms were large and comfortable beds. Clean.

Staff need more training on what they can and cannot do pertaining to real service dogs and who can book a handicapped rooms. I was judged for booking a handicap room with a service dog. Told I would have to change rooms. Unacceptable. Staff spoke to manager and I stayed in room i reserved. Please train your staff.

I loved this hotel! The staff was fabulous, the rooms clean and comfortable. I traveled with my show dogs and the hotel was very accommodating to me with them.

The refrigerator buzzed in my room both nights. I ended up putting my suitcase on top of it to quiet it down. But, I told the front desk and they said they would take care of it immediately. And, I was traveling with my show dogs and I was furious to see that other people traveling with dogs did NOT clean up after them. There was feces all over the ground right outside the door-that is rude people! Clean up after your pets!!!!! It is not the hotel's responsibility to clean up after your dogs!!! You give all of us other pet people a bad name with hotels. Shame, shame!!!

The bed was very comfortable! The room was quite spacious. The location of the hotel was quiet and the AC/heater unit was quiet too. [Several of the places we stayed this trip had noisy AC units or smelled of mildew when operating.] The breakfast was quite tasty. The only hotel out of 8 we stayed in that served a real breakfast [during this virus situation]. It's been several years since we stayed in a Quality Inn due to bad experiences; This one convinced me to stay at a Quality Inn & Suites again.

The bathroom did NOT have a fan. That's one criteria I appreciate!

We always stay here when we go to Illinois to visit my husbands family. Checking in was easy and fast. It was very peaceful and quiet, and the rooms were clean. They also do a fantastic job of sanitizing the lobby, the elevator, and the rooms so we were very pleased to see them taking those precautions so seriously. There was a hand sanitizer station as well by the front desk for all to use. The free continental breakfast had lots of options! There was a waffle maker, eggs, biscuits, gravy, sausage, coffee, 4 different juice options, yogurt, danish/donuts, and good variety of cereals available. Plus fresh fruits! It was perfect for our kids & grandkids. We all got much needed rest after a very long day of driving!

The beds were definitely on the firmer side, but not so bad that we were uncomfortable. As far as hotel beds go, not to bad.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and cozy. The king size bed was very comfortable. They served breakfast, coffee and juice every morning. It was in town near stores and restaurants.

I loved this hotel! Was traveling through for dog shows and the property and staff were so accommodating. I was traveling by myself and felt completely safe. Clean, friendly, A+++

I didn't like that other people were traveling with pets and weren't cleaning up after them!!

Breakfast was excellent and had staff member cleaning and assisting. Front desk staff helpful at checkIn. Room was spotless. Bed & pillows very comfortable.

The staff was phenomenal. The pool and hot tub were clean. Rooms were comfy. Staff was definitely the best.

At first there was an overwhelming mildew smell in the hallway, but that dissipated. It is an older building and it shows in places.

Comfy bed. Nice breakfast even during Covid. Room was clean. Towels were OK. TV worked well, even the remote which sometimes can be challenging!
