Holiday Inn Express & Suites Nevada, an IHG Hotel

The staff was very nice and willing to work with you if needed.

That they said i could pay cash in the phone for my pet fee and then when i got there i needed a credit card and i was being charged $50 &$20 that i didn't know about the 20.00 charge before or it would of been paid when i paided my room in advance for my stay. They did accept cash for my pet fee but was a little upset that on the phone earlier before my stay they said i could pay cash when i checked in and then hit me with a credit card needed. I feel they need to offer all of the stuff to be paided up front if I'm paying for my room in full 3 days before my stay.

Property was newish and well maintained. Rooms were nicely decorated and tall ceiling makes room elegant. Breakfast had lots of the typical breakfast food selections but also includes (pre-made) omelets and freshly made pancakes. Gas, restaurants, and Walmart are close by. It has easy interstate access. Definitely will stay again.

All good but the $20 charge.

The $20 extra charge is for in room or snack area purchase is ridiculous to me. I can see it as an issue when all the baseball teams stay at your hotel. But I don't think it is necessary in most cases. I have stayed there the past 2 weekends. I will need to stay in the area the next two weekends, plus 2 future weekends. I will seek rooms elsewhere due to this ridiculous charge. Yes it is refunded but a person has to continously check statements to verify the refund was processed.

We were pleased with everything about this venue. The breakfast was terrific with good variety. All spaces were very clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Easy walk to a good restaurant -- Buzz's BBQ; staff is friendly and the food was yummy. There is a drive-thru espresso stand -- The Fix -- basically next door that is good too.

The breakfast was excellent. I didn’t care for the woman who took care of it because my dog got loose and was running around which of course was my fault but she was extremely rude to me. That highly aggravated me!

The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast offered a wide variety of cold and hot selections. The hot items were just that and tasty as well.

There was not anything to dislike. The elevator could be a little faster but what ya gonna do?

This is the 2nd time we've stayed in the last 2 months. And they offer a free breakfast the 1st day they had nothing and when we stayed this time they they didn't get breakfast to serve until 830 and it wasn't much of anything then and also too late for us

Cleanliness seemed to be on point!

The beds were not very comfortable and didn’t care for the down like pillows.

no hand soap and loud Saturday night races I heard till 1:00 in the morning

The front desk clerk was super nice Must be a new guy training in for the overnight shift

Get a liquor license and sell alcohol could use a bottle for the long road trip lol
