Americas Best Value Inn New Florence

This property is going through a complete remodel. We were placed in one of the newly remodeled rooms and it was very nice, including a new king sized bed which provided a very nice night's sleep. Then there was the breakfast: something different each day with hot and other options which totally exceeded our expectations. If needed, they had a very nice "family room" off the lobby you could use for a small group to meet for a meal or just to hang out which would not be comfortable in a standard room. Very nice!

They do NOT have an elevator, so you do have to haul you stuff up the stairs if not on the first floor so keep that in mind when you make your reservations if such would be difficult for you. Also, no tea for making hot tea with our breakfast. We always bring our own just in case. Some noise did come through our walls which woke us up a couple of times.

The pictures online are deceiving. They are almost done doing a remodel of the property and in 6 weeks the Inn will have a new name (Brady Hotel) and new owners. The staff was outstanding and very accommodating. They have a seating area outside as well as a lounge to hang out in if you didn’t want to hang in your room or risk disturbing your neighbors. The remodel is beautiful and the beds were comfortable. I will recommend this hotel and if your leery because of the pictures right now trust me, its not the same when you walk in the front door!! Walking distance to McDonald’s and a gas station and a Twenty min drive to Hermann, Mo.

I cannot name a thing I didn’t like.

This was, hands down, one of the nicest hotels in its class that I've ever stayed at. It truly felt equivalent to a 4 star hotel, definitely superceding the 2 star ranking it holds. The staff are truly exceptional and the service is top notch. The breakfast is more akin to a resort than a hotel off the highway. They are wonderfully pet friendly, and I couldn't recommend staying her enough. The renovations are not shown off enough in Google images, so once that is updated, I believe this place will get the attention it deserves.

The “breakfast” was sticky buns in wrappers. Not very appealing. Coffee was hot and tasty. Hotel staff were all nice. They had a baby and a dog for mascots.

The faucet in our room dripped incessantly, no matter where we positioned the handle. Reported it to the front desk, but got the feeling it’s been this way for a looong time and there’ll be no fixing it. The building is pretty old. Also, the “fitted” sheet had no elastic and didn’t cover the mattress. Kept needing to pull it over the head of the bed. They need modern, oversized fitted sheets.

The location off of Rt 70 in Missouri was very convenient. Was immediately impressed with the outside of the building. Check in staff was friendly and the process easy. Very impressed with the room. Nicely decorated. Bed was very comfortable. However, the comforter was a little heavy. If taken off the bed, then just the sheet was not enough. Breakfast had a lot of variety. Check out was easy. Very impressed.

It was a great little breakfast. The area was clean and plenty of setting. I was there when the hotel was sold out this month, and still had great food and options.

More OJ, lol! Not really a big deal knowing that the hotel was sold out and it was around the freak snow storm. I had to wait for it, but it was not a deal breaker by any means.

Im 21 years old me and a couple buddy’s stayed here. We woke up and had the breakfast it was delicious. The staff was very friendly to us even though we look like “kids” the place is all around excellent and the beds were so comfortable. We stayed at this hotel and drove 19 minutes to Herman. If you stay in Herman you’re looking at something around 250-300 a night. Stay here and make the drive.

Pillows both were big and fluffy which I like but I would like to have one that more flat with the fluffy one Hotel was under construction so it was loud at times. However I like what they are doing with the bricks. Door didn’t shut all the way and beeped

Breakfast was great! Bed was super comfy , the staff was friendly , safe location , very spacious and best of all the price!

The room still had a slight hint of cigarettes from the previous owners of the Americinn which was smoke friendly, the hotel is the Brady now and smoking is not allowed anymore so I'm sure the smell will fade over time

The staff was so helpful and so sweet! That is hard to find these days! The beds are AMAZING! Shout out to Patrick, our driver from the hotel to Herman! Having a shuttle was a piece of mind, so our group didn't have to worried or plan how to get from one place to another!

Maybe add a vending machine/ice machine on second floor.
