Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Sedalia, an IHG Hotel

The best nights rest that we have had in weeks…. Staff was cheery & went beyond expectations. The morning breakfast was really good & the lady managing the breakfast went beyond what was expected of her…. All Good!

The room is large and built taking customer comfort in to consideration. There are eight plug-ins, internet hardware connection along with two USB outlets. The window has black-out curtain, night light in the bathroom, touch sensor table lamp including microwave oven snd mini refrigerator. The hotel is in a quiet location and less than two miles from all restaurants. The Colton restaurant is located a few steps from the hotel.

Breakfast was great! Room was amazing! Bed was super comfy. Rooms equipped with Dove body wash, lotion, shampoo, etc. Pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyable. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Basically nothing bad to say. We were on 3rd floor. Didn’t love that we could only use main entrance BUT elevator was very close and easily accessible!

The best hotel on our travel home. My mother recently had a stroke and was taking her home. Had so much trouble with other hotels, but this hotel was wonderful with rooms for individuals with needs.

I like everything about the property.

I didn’t like how early housekeeping starts cleaning. it is loud around 8:00 AM and wakes you up. They knock on the door and wake you up also if you forget to put the sign out. They are very friendly and clean great though.

the hot tub was nice and relaxing.

they charged food and stuff to our room number when we never got with out verifying it was the correct room number. the manager nice and refunded the extra that had been applied to my stay.

Our stay was awesome. We had a late check in around midnight. Staff was very fast and friendly. Beds were amazing! Shower was great. Everything was super clean. We slept so comfortably that we woke up at 9:30am and had missed the complimentary breakfast. Well worth it though for a goodnight's rest. Highly recommend. Will stay here again the next time we are in town.

Friendly staff at front desk. Plenty of parking. Well lit front enrance. Good channel selection on TV. Within walking distance of a nice steakhouse.

Coffee pot was empty in breakfast area. I did not have time to wait for a refill. Carpet in room seemed worn. Our key to the room wuld not work. The front desk lady had to let us into our room, but she was very accomadating.

This was the best hotel I've ever stayed at. It was clean, staff was incredible, and the breakfast was spectacular. The staff was so nice and helpful from check in to the breakfast staff.

Have stayed here before. Always a great place to stay. Friendly staff, comfortable beds, lovely rooms, tasty breakfast and the location is ideal. We will definitely be back.
