Yellowstone Riverside Cottages

I loved all the lighting! There was a light everywhere you'd want one to be. I like the TV being a wall mount. I like the TV trays I like the recliner and the shower was nice.

The people in number 13 spent a lot of time in the kitchen banging around. It was extremely irritating because the noise came right through the wall. I wondered if they were making Thanksgiving dinner over there!? Other than that I really enjoyed the room. I don't know if I'd come back because the noise of that couple really ruined a couple evenings for me. I would recommend not using stainless steel sinks.

We stayed in a cabin on the river. Our cabin had a small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. There were glass dishes, cups, wine glasses, water glasses and silverware to accommodate two people. It was walkable to restaurants and shopping. The hotel is across the river of the south entrance of Yellowstone. The front desk staff gave us two great recommendations for restaurants for dinner. In the evening, we sat on the deck and relaxed with a drink overlooking the town and river. The were two barbeque grills available.

We did not experience any difficulties that this hotel.

We have been traveling for a few weeks. The cottage was perfect. We had a full kitchen. We took a much needed break from eating out. Our cottage was extremely clean. The bathroom was well thought out and nice. We could walk to the grocery store and restaurants. Yellowstone was close by. The young lady who set us up with our keys was so very sweet. She told us about local events, etc.

I don't really have any complaints. Our booking was last minute during Memorial Day weekend. I would book a bigger room if possible, but the studio was just fine for our family.

We rented the Mountain Lion suite; it was better than advertised, like a mini apartment with all the necessities. The check in and check out was a breeze. Parking was within steps of rental. In the evenings we could set out on the deck and relax watching the river flow. Overall a comfortable place to land after wonderful days in Yellowstone. The staff knew the area and answered any questions . This place is worth the cost for comfort, location, and a peaceful atmosphere !

No issues

Great location; very close to most of the places we needed in town. The room itself was lovely--clean, modern, convenient--just enough dishes, and utensils, along with microwave, toaster and fridge, super comfortable bed! Loved to picture of the eagle above our bed. Easy parking just outside our room. Best part was the fabulous deck which overlooked the Yellowstone River; we had lunch there and spent an hour just soaking up the sun in the loungers, listening to the surf-sounding river below. Enjoyed walking down the solid staircase to the get a better view of the river.

We stayed in a cottage right on the riverside and I loved our view of the valley, mountains and river. Location was perfect in town where you can easily walk to restaurants, the market and shops. Our cottage was clean, well equipped in our kitchenette, comfortable beds, and spacious for our family. Would recommend this family owned business to my friends and family, as well as stay when we visit Gardiner again.

Nothing I didn’t like.

Mini- kitchen, everything available so that one can cook meals - dishes, pots and pans, silverware etc. Charming decor, comfortable beds, thick towels. Plenty of seating out on the gazebo and on the deck overlooking the river. BBQ grill available.to use. James offered recommendations for restaurants, offered a loan of bear spray, had cans of bug spray available (we didn't need it). Relaxing, picturesque view of the Yellowstone river. You could walk down the steps to the river if you chose.

The step to the front door was a little high for an older person.

Convenient location, clean, great shower pressure, little 'touches' like a Kuerig, microwave, plates and silverware, refrigerator, and wifi. Perfect for a comfortable night and shower between camping at the Tetons and Yellowstone.

Bed was a little lumpy, and AC not as cold as I would prefer...but that is personal preference. Also, shower was small in size with only a curtain meaning the entire bathroom was soaked after a person showered

Beautifully decorated cozy private suite with amazing views from our private patio, complete with a table and chairs. The kitchenette was just like being in a home..regular size refrigerator cabinets and sink. Beautiful dishes and even wine glasses. The keurig coffee machine and great selection of coffee pods was top notch! Large tile shower and multiple mirrors so all three of us ladies could get ready for dinner without tripping over each other. The beds were very comfortable and ample size. We noticed the mattresses were from Mattress Mill in Bozeman, a company that is well known for pricey but upscale mattresses. We also loved the leather love seat by the huge sliding glass doors that had electric recline. I highly recommend staying here.

Parking. I drive a Ford F250 long box which made parking a little difficult but the stay made up for this issue.

I stayed in a Riverview suite during End of December, very generously spaced and nice indoor air quality compared to other accomodations during my trip. This together with the very comfortable bed, the fully equipped kitchen and an awesome view over the river and the occasional bald eagle 🦅 soaring along it made it an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended as hub to explore Yellowstone in winter. Oh, and of course last but not least super nice staff managing the site. Thank you Charles and team for making it a very pleasant stay!

During winter time having breakfast or dinner out on balcony is too cold, so a small area to eat inside would be nice, but I understand the space constraints with the current furniture.
