Food quite exceptional among such hotels! Both chain-bolt AND Dead-Lock this time Worked FINE; though they’d booked me for same room with Dead-Lock prob used (2) nights prior. I requested when recognizing first Rm #, an alternative WITH Functioning Dead-Lock as had specifically requested in ‘requests’ as renting!

Having found (2) Cockroaches in Hot-Whirl-Pool, I decided to count; and while on last occasions the Chemical Room Door WAS shut, need wonder weather 11 cockroaches and a cricket got in through open space under Pool Chem door or through one of several air vents? Short of dozen dead insects, floor clear (short of 9 insects) and clean, as seemed pool, short of one. Short of green/ black stuff on hot-whirl 1St step riser, and what ever upon which foot slipped/ slid instantly forward before stabilizing on first run/ ‘step/ tread … the pool are short of not commonly seen number of small- medium cockroaches, seemed exceptionally clear/ clean. Lols so much better with Chem-Room door Closed.

This was a good hotel, beds we’re comfortable and the pillows were great. I wasn’t really there just to sleep as I went to see family. We did not eat breakfast but looked good. this place was good and the price was great and the front desk women was great. I would stay again.!!

The only thing that was a pain was the cable always glitches like something was wrong with the cord! but was not a big deal. and the back stairs could use a good vacuum.

-Friendly staff! -Convenient location. -Variety of breakfast options. -Pool.

-Hot tub was out of order (hopefully fixed soon). -Beds are firm but not terrible. Only given 2 pillows per bed. -Only given 3 towels & a few wash cloths plus floor mat towel. -Around the edge of the bed frames was dirt/crumbs from previous people. Could probably use a deep clean for that.

The Capri Inn was a nice, quiet friendly hotel at a great price. Our room was pretty clean and quiet, the beds were comfy, and the staff was very friendly. Also, we felt the rooms were, well, very roomy! The four of us didn’t feel crowded and while a table and chairs would’ve been nice, we liked the space on the floor where we could spread out and have a little dinner picnic! We would certainly stay here again! Also, the 24 hour pool was a real treat, especially for our early riser children! And a nice variety for breakfast.

The bed skirt was dirty with salt stains, probably from the winter. Not a huge deal, but with young children, we noticed. The sink drained pretty slowly, but at least it drained!

The hotel was very clean and quiet. Normally when staying in a hotel, you hear doors closing at all hours of the night, but Capri was very quiet.

My daughter's room wasn't cleaned when she checked in and was given the key. When we opened the door, it obviously hadn't been cleaned yet. The staff at the front desk apologized and got her a room closer to ours so it all worked out.

Staff are always great! we love the 24 hr access to pool and hot tub. Very good breakfast options!

Minor maintenance issues in the restroom...tub drain was broke and the toilet didnt flush correctly.

We checked in around 3am was worried how we would be received been so late but the guy that checked us in was super nice. The bed super comfy and the room clean. Most definitely will be back when visiting family

Everything was great

Every front desk lady from Thursday afternoon to Friday evening were amazing!!

I was told a different price at check in (cheaper not much) then checking out was told I was charged wrong price at check in so I had to pay difference!! Also morning employee was was parked in no parking next to handicap parking and my mom had tough time getting in car due to the employees negligence

Food, people, hot-whirl, fair short pool … … hot-whirl needs 2 B ‘clean/ED’.

While flimsier Chain-Lock appeared to work; for the life of me (and fortunately didn’t come to that) the DEAD-LOCK could NOT under any circumstances be managed to for/ Engage.

This motel provides a decent breakfast for the price and the rooms are spacious.

The room could have been cleaner. The window was very dirty as was the mirror. Also, we had to clean something that was on the wall in the bathroom.
