easy access and nice it is located to good restaurant and gas stations. had family stayinng at comfort inn and glad we made the choice we did. They had a horrible experience

only 2 things - room 109 door is horrible. A friend spent 20 plus minutes trying to get in. The staff knew there was an issue and yet still allowed a person to rent this room. hotel smells of cigarette smoke. not good with someone with asthma good thing we were prepared.

I've got to tell you, It was the cleanest, room we have been in for a long time. I've spilled water on the floor in rooms before and almost 10 out of 10 times,the floor was very dirty. But not at this Howard Johnson's. Not one speck of dust or dirt any where in the room. It was wonderful!! The staff were Sweethearts,and the biscuits and gravy I had was very good and so was the Coffee!! Mighty Fine place to Stay!!

Size of the room and how clean it was. The bed was very comfortable and had pleasing decor. We were pleasantly surprised with out room as we were skeptical about booking a room at a Howard Johnson hotel as they don't always have a good rep.

I didn't like that I specifically booked a king room on the app. Upon arrival at the hotel was told they were going to give me a room with 2 queen beds for the same price. I told her no we booked a king. She told me they had some king rooms but they weren't in service. When I told her we had been traveling all day and needed a good night's sleep in a bed we could stretch out in and we would have to look elsewhere she told me we could have a king handicap room. We stayed. The room was very nice and clean and a great value for the price. If there hadn't been a problem with what I had booked then I would have been 100% pleased.

Breakfast was as expected. Rolls were bland, could have used some muffins or doughnuts.

That the pool that was to be there wasn't working and hasn't been for a year. It doesn't appear that it will ever be operational.

Breakfast was okay - room was very clean and very comfortable. Parking was good. If you are not going to repair the pool, why not make it a lounge/bar or family area with games and a large screen TV? Seems a better investment than the pool.

Shower head needs to be cleaned.

Front desk employees were very friendly and helpful. The location was just off the interstate, a great place to stop over on a long trip. The bed was comfortable and the place was clean and near a wonderful coffee shop and restaurants. I forgot my slippers and pillow, they set it aside and I was able to swing by on our way home to pick them up. I was very grateful for that!

I can't think of anything negative.

there were only plugs on one side of bed, so I had no way of charging my phone or my watch at bedside (so I had to get out of bed to punch the snooze alarm)

the facility is clean and well maintained. bed is comfy and with breakfast. the staff is friendly and welcoming.. good stay after a long drive..will go back next time

It was nice stay, the room was specious, clean, and the location was really good. Breakfast was nice. It was a pleasant stay.

The breakfast was simple but ok. The location was great and easy to get to right off the interstate.
