Location, everything was nice except the breakfast.
The only gluten free breakfast options were apples and oranges. I had even requested some gluten free options with the front desk the night before. However the next morning I was told nothing was gluten free. Thankfully I had a breakfast bar in my bag

I was born & raised in York and moved away 37 years ago, I return yearly to visit family; have stayed in almost every hotel in town and all but the Hampton Inn maintain THE highest quality facility and accommodations. The others have disappointed too many times so I will always be at the Hampton Inn when I'm in town.

The breakfast was excellent. The cook always had fresh food laid out and a nice number of food choices. The staff was great. They were very helpful and made the guests feel at home.

The staff went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable as I was concerned about travel during the pandemic. They were incredibly kind and helpful. The room was super clean and comfortable, and the hotel itself incredibly conveniently located to I-80. Two thumbs up!
