Hampton Inn & Suites Las Vegas Convention Center - No Resort Fee

Very clean. Nice swimming pool. Place feels safe and food for breakfast is great. Pure orange juice is a great sign!

We didn't understand how the airport shuttle work. We took this hotel since it written they have it, but when we arrived to the airport we couldn't find one. We called the hotel and we were told that the shuttle is not active. No one told us that we should ask the hotel to order Uber. They just said it's not working. So we paid for 2 Ubers as we were 8 people. When we arrived to the hotel, they told me I should have asked for Uber from the reception, but no one told me that. I was told I will get a refund, but until now (5 days after) no one responded to my email.

The staff were truly friendly and helpful. I felt welcome. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Please start using real cutlery and plates again. I know that during the pandemic it was prudent to use disposable everything, but we should think about reducing waste. At breakfast it was painful to watch that plastic cups and cutlery were thrown out together with the rest of the garbage. There was some kind of construction across the street - it was not too loud, but persistent and if you are bothered by noise, you will notice this. The area is not very walkable, but that's most of Las Vegas outside of the strip.

The hotel sends an Uber at its own expense to pick up guests directly from the airport. A very good hot breakfast buffet is included with the price of the room. When we had to leave a day early because of imminent bad weather conditions back home, the hotel refunded our unused last night's stay without question.

The hotel doesn't have a restaurant, but we knew that when we made the reservation. It wasn't a problem for us (the breakfast buffet was great!) but it might be for others.

The room, the breakfast (except of unsustainable plastic dishes !!!) , the staff was very kind.

We didn't get to try breakfast because we left very early unfortunately. But location is great for us because it is quiet and away from the manic of Fremont Blvd. They have the most comfortable bed and pillow - I literally sink into them and felt like heaven! The room and facilities are very clean. The pool is heaven! I would definitely come back. The staff who checked me in was extremely helpful. He even booked my Lyft to the airport for free since they said the provide shuttle to the airport.

Having 2 names Homes2 and Hampton Inn - in the same facility confused us a bit.

I was kind of afraid because it’s not on the strip. So I was expecting something other than the comfort and cleanness . The hotel is pretty cute and the free breakfast was great!! We will totally stay at the Hampton again !

Breakfast was great, staff were very responsive and helpful. We wanted to order pizza and the staff member at the front desk was quick to offer an number of recommendations. This was a great location to stay when visiting the convention center, but a little too far away to walk to the Strip, if that is what you are looking for. However, pool area is beautiful, rooms are well equipped and worked well for my family of 4.

When we checked out, there was about $40 of charges from their "market" of snacks and goodies that we did not charge to our room. They quickly removed it when I reviewed the bill, but when someone charges one of those items, a room key is not required. They just take your room number. My guess is that it was just an error, but nonetheless aggravating.

It was a great location for our intended stay which was to attend a basketball tourney at the LV Convention Center. The front desk provided us with the knowledge of the Tesla Loop. This was extremely helpful, especially due to the weather being so hot. The rooms were nice, updated and the complementary items provided such as toothbrush, toothpaste, etc was a nice surprise. The rating was a 2.2 and I'm not sure why? We had a pleasant stay and would stay there again.

Just probably quality control as to the items put out for breakfast.

Very friendly staff at the reception (fast and easy) and in the breakfast area. Comfortable room, beds and bathroom. American breakfast included. Parking option in the hotel's convenient parking garage (at USD 17 per night). Staff's recommendations for free parking garages on the strip.

The water in the pool was filthy. The condition of the air in our room was poor with no apparent option to improve it (by the A/C or otherwise). The location is off the strip and will lead you to use your car to and from the strip.
