The price.

There is no parking. You have to pay to valet. Also, there is no shuttle service to the strip or downtown. You have to uber everywhere. Otherwise, hassle with getting your car in and out of valet.

The room was dated. The bed and room was comfortable for a short stay. The artwork was a nice touch. The lobby was interesting.

The electrical outlet near the bed/table area was not easily accessible for charging a phone. The bedroom electrical outlet was behind the bed frame and difficult to reach and use. As reported by other visitors, the room was near a busy expressway and noisy especially in the evening. You need to wear earplugs to minimize room noise for sleeping at night. I suggest that the owner try to purchase something to minimize or block out the traffic noise at night.

I booked it because it was adult-only, which Vegas needs more of in terms of hotels. The place was awesome! It was decorated well, and the staff was super friendly; kinda weird about the ice machines, but it works, and I can't wait to stay again.

Weird there are no ice machines, but the bar has ice for you, and when that is closed, the front desk provides. It can be noisy at times, but I mean, isn't that the point of an adult hotel in Vegas? At least you know somebody is having a good time even if you decided to go to bed.

Nice decor. Very friendly staff. Always helpful. The rooms were amazing. My friend really enjoyed the adults only pool.

For some reason expected there to be a mini fridge in the room. I had to buy a cooler to keep snacks cold. And some of the rooms have their windows nailed shut.

The decor. Casting to the TV easily. Discrete location. The complimentary danishes. Beautiful lobby, friendly staff. The nice touches like the bedside lamps and the closet fixtures- subtle but major game changers.

No tubs in our room but will ask about next time. Water doesn't get too hot.

21+ and the 420 floor is fantastic. Staff was fantastic and helpful. Everyone was friendly and had a smile. This was a low key spot.

Would have been nice to have a place to socialize with cannabis instead of just in room use. I absolutely love being able to use cannabis in the room.

We received A+ service from the jump, from the gentlemen at vallet, the attendants that was assisting at check-in & out, pool bartender, lifeguards and of course the security staff.

Walls were a little thin, could hear the neighbors walk around from above & below us.

I love the pool. It was adult only which made my stay very relaxing. My bedroom was perfect for me and my twin brother. We loved the artwork as well. Customer service was excellent. WE had trouble with debit cards traveling so far from home very understanding and were patient until we got problem solved. The atmosphere was amazing. Next time i will travel with my boyfriend.

The security deposit. Understandable but it makes the rate change. That the pool didnt open til 10. With vegas heat me and my brother wanted to hit pool around 8am but had to wait. ALso no vending machine with drinks.

The bed was very old and smashed from one side. The Artisan Music Festival was going on all weekend and I just wished I would have known before I booked online. I didn't get a chance to enjoy the pool because it was so crowded and too loud for my relaxing time out there.

The lighting was very low. The colors are beautiful but then there should be an option to raise up the lighting. Wall paint chipping off in multiple walls.
