SureStay Hotel by Best Western Wells

Very surprised at the amenities and pleasantness of the room - especially for the budget price. The room appeared to have just been remodeled. The bed was very comfortable, new carpet, new furnishings. Little microwave and refer, hair dryer and ironing board. Shampoo provided. Clean. The breakfast was simple but adequate- toast, cereal, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, coffee/tea/hot chocolate. Room doors accessed from inside as well as lobby and breakfast room vending machines for pop/ snacks and ice- very nice since it was 1 degree in the morning and you didn't have to walk outside. Heater worked wonderful and kept the room warm. Would definitely stay here again.

Walls were a bit thin - could hear the neighboring rooms - coughing, talking a bit.

The room was perfect. Beds had memory foam mattresses, so comfy. It was really cold outside so nice hot shower was greatly appreciated. Super quiet, no outside noise at all. Hot coffee always available. The young man at the desk was super kind and helpful. Breakfast needs some attention but we left at around 7am so maybe we were too early. Overall excellent 👌

Breakfast was not ready at 7am. No plates or napkins. Only bread for toast and some yogurt, and some packaged oatmeal but no hot water to fix it....alittle confusing considering the rest of our stay was excellent.

When you pay for a cheap hotel you never know what you'll get, but the Room was very clean and comfortable, and updated look is very nice! So relieved it was a nice place to stay!

continental breakfast was more like a snack. Toast, oatmeal packets, juice, cereal and yogurt.... (i'm allergic to dairy so not much to choose from) disappointed. We had to eat at mcdonalds after our snack.

I was very happy to find a room on short notice, and even happier to find a clean, comfortable room at a real budget price. The building is an older facility that has been undergoing some upgrading. I didn’t take advantage of any of the other amenities so I can’t review them, but I can say the staff is friendly and hospitable, and they offer a great value. I will stay with them again if I’m traveling through wells

Good location, near I-80 & US 93. Gas station & food near. Improvements since we last stayed year. Fresh paint and carpets. The beds were excellent. Friendly staff. Minimal breakfast (Cereal, bread & fruit) Coffee was good!

Really can't beat the price. It was a last minute stay only to sleep while driving across country. Front desk was polite and location was fine. Room seemed to be clean.

For the price really can't complain but the beds were a bit hard so not very comfortable.

Although the property's condition has seen better days, the rooms were clean and comfortable. Rooms are a good size and have refrigerator and microwave. Good location. Helpful staff. Only complaint was that another visitor kept letting a door slam, so it was a noisy night. Certainly an excellent value for the money. And, the fact they allowed pets was a real plus.

Location is convenient to the freeway and cross rods highways staff is extremely professional and helpful older facility but very clean and very comfortable in room coffee and coffee in lobby 24/7 continental breakfast but starts too late many people are up and out by 6am maybe start the breakfast at 5am

The location is great right off the highway, people were friendly even interacted with a couple guest who were checking in at the time. The bathroom was huge so good for a wheelchair, if need be, but it had a tub not a Shower. Good Free Internet.

The bed in room 114 is pretty Firm, so if you like a firm queen bed ask for that room, I prefer a little softer one myself.

Location was great, easy to find and it was very quiet. The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful.

The room amenities were sparse. No hand soap in the room, had to ask for it. coffee maker in the room but no coffee supplied, there was sugar and coffee whitener though.
