Quality Inn Stateline

The room was very simple but clean, with plenty of towels. Sheets and towel quality are much better for the rate comparing to comparable hotels/motels. For the price, this was the best I had. The location was close to commerce, and room setting, circling around a pool, was very practical, feels safe. Medium sized fridge was very useful. The breakfast was very sumptuous. Good management. Many thanks to the owner Mr. Pita - nice they had owner's name on the wall of the front desk, and shows they are very responsible. With inflation all around, I really appreciate the hotel providing the comfort and quality with this extremely good price. Will stop by again

Clean standard motel style room with comfortable beds, decent towels and toiletries on the Utah side of the border. Staff were friendly and very efficient and checkin was fast. Grounds are well kept and the pool area was open and clean.

Breakfast was poor. There were no eggs as promised, only hash browns or waffles available. The layout of food was poor, with the water in the lobby and butter and jam far away from the bread which in turn was at the opposite end of the room from the toaster.

The staff seemed outstanding. The the woman at the front desk was exceptional! Wonderful attitude and very friendly. And the cleaning staff did an excellent job. Everything was very clean and welcoming. It's not a 4 star hotel, so some things are a little worn. But the friendliness of the staff, and the cleanliness of the room makes up for any lack in the decor. I was so impressed that I'm seriously considering only staying at Quality Inns for the rest of my trip across the country.

There's no garbage can or ashtrays outside in the back. I'm a smoker, but I'm very concerned about secondhand smoke, so I didn't want to smoke in the interior Courtyard, where the smoking area was. Some garbage cans in the back would be nice. A noon checkout would also be appreciated, particularly for those of us coming from Pacific Standard Time. 11 a.m. is really 10 a.m. I would have liked another hour in that very comfy bed!

The bed was unbelievably comfortable! I’ve traveled a lot recently and stayed in 4 different hotels in the last month and this is by far the best value for money. Conveniently located next to the highway but no loud traffic noises, expect a couple of trucks here and there.

Breakfast options could have been better, but still okay. Found a hair in the bathtub, if we have to be picky.

Breakfast was a laugh. It was the ideal breakfast for a five-year-old. There were waffles and two types of cold cereal, but otherwise only Twinkies, Dingdongs, packaged danish rolls - everything very sweet. No bagels, toast or muffins, as were offered to us by other hotels (including one Quality Inn) during our two week trip through Colorado in August. The buffet was not tended. I had to ask for more yogurt and sweets from the man at the front desk. It was the worst breakfast buffet I have ever seen - mostly due to the cheap pastries that were offered.

Location perfect given our travel plans. Short walk to a couple of casinos and a 24-hour Mexican restaurant that was outstanding. Breakfast was very good. Appreciated the refrigerator w/freezer compartment.

Poor water pressure in the sink. Hot water faucet in the shower did not hard a hard close and required some manual adjusting before the water would shut off.

Spacious room, well kept grounds. They have a nice swimming pool and outside sitting area. A nice hot breakfast. All the rooms had court side entrances. Although close to interstate, you didn't hear the traffic.

My only complaint was there was no lighting going into the room. I had to walk across the room to turn on a light.

EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! There was a problem with the booking dates. I booked through a third party so I expected the guy at the front desk to just brush me off and tell me to call them, but HE called them went to bat for me with them, and when the third party still refused to cover anything the guy at the front desk got his manager to give me another room for free. I wish I could remember his name.

Comfortable room, the AC worked great. It was convenient and a good option to have.

Room's doors or at least our door needed to be repaired. There's a trick in order for you to be able to unlock/open the door which we weren't notified about, we had to go back to the lobby (Uh oh!) to let the receptionist know... then she said.. "oh yeah, you have to try this way" :-O ... we went and tried and that didn't work... then had to go back to the front desk and now another employee was coming to help. He never identified himself just told us "you're not gonna open that like that" and he proceeded to unlock the door in his magical way. At that point we were annoyed, we went in and I was pleasantly surprised with the room... (Oh Yeah!) It was simple but clean and comfortable.

The beds pillows were fantastic! and the fridge and microwave were a great bonus. The cleaning lady was very kind and helpful. The property is very well kept. Super clean

I just really wish I could take my 2 little dogs with me for a fee. They missed me.
