Comfort Inn & Suites Deming

We were pleased with the motel. One thing that was unusual was the fact that I had looked up hotels in Deming and found the king size room for one price. We usually like to contact hotel directly. When I called the hotel, I was told there were no king size rooms left but king suite which was priced about $30 higher. Booked the room through Booking.com after hanging up and pleasantly surprised that the room was a king suite for the lower price.

The front desk while a late check in he was great telling me everything to help, even or 90 plus mothers where they could eat for more comfort. The beds and pillows were so wonderful. Most luxurious!!! Only breakfast needs to accommodate diabetes a little better. My only thought

The breakfast was the normal for my Comfort Inn level of expectation ....coffee always good .... the desk attenedent was very accommodating by allowing me to set up my computer in the breakfast area for some late afternoon ,early evening work where I needed more table space .... also because my chair at the table in the room was so low and would not hold a raised position ....although I did make use of your great bed pillows to get me higher ...... but good desk chairs are important ..... just sayin

The only room problem (other than the chair see above) .....was I think staff needs to wash the shower curtain assembly .... more often ..... it had a mildew type odor ...possibly because it doesn't have opportunities to completely dry between occupancy ...

This was the best breakfast of our trip. The place was clean and bright.

The hotel called two days later and asked if I had checked out that morning or the previous morning. I thought that was a little odd. So far I haven't notice any duplicate charges, but I'm keeping my eye out. I am glad they called to check first though

The room was clean, roomy and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly. There are a couple of eating areas in walking distance

There is no toilet seat lid on the toilet. When I pulled a towel from the shelf above the toilet, another slid off and fell into the toilet. Minor issue, but irritating.

Clean, quiet, comfortable room with nice furnishings. Facilities were great - pool, hot-tub and sauna were clean and well maintained. Good hot breakfast buffet was available as well as cold items.

Tried to call three times in advance of our arrival and no-one picked up. Finally gave up and just showed up. Front desk person was not overly knowledgable or very helpful on arrival and was curt when I phoned down from my room to ask a question,

the night staff was not helpful and made me feel like I was dishonest and not welcomed they stated two different prices for 1 night stay. I booked through booking.com and got a lower rate. I asked if hotel could match and they said NO baby crying behind the desk area.

Staff very nice. Also very clean, with luggage carts & elevator. Loved the hot breakfast, indoor pool/hot tub, & iced lemon water. Very quiet, insuring a great sleep.

Partial kleenex box (almost empty). Wifi temporarily unavailable. Flimsy cups for the breakfast juices & lemon water.

Staff was super friendly n helpful..my prego daughter had when up not feeling good and i was able to do a late check out!! Brfkst was on point!!

The shower head needed to be replaced & it is not adjustable head! The water shooted out hard n all directions but uneven soft flow..

Comfortable bed. Very nice staff. Easy to control room temperature.

Dirty stained carpet. Bobby pin on the carpet, ? Vacuuming job. Stain on comforter at top, small but noticed it. Nothing to help understand tv, but not familiar with satellite streaming and for one brief stay not interested in training at end of day on tv/cable use.
