This hotel was very clean. Friendly employees. Easy right off the highway. Close to restaurants and shops. Parking was plentiful and easy even with a truck and trailer. Breakfast food options were nice. Two eggs options, turkey bacon, waffles and French toast. Continental options as well. Bagels, fruit, cereal, oatmeal.

Breakfast was decent but very crowded and not enough easy seating. We ended up taking our plates back to our room. Housekeeping was in the hallway at 8 am. Room took a long time to cool off. It was set to 75° when we checked in.

We liked everything!Everything is new and modern. The rooms are very thoughfully arranged and in a wonderful way there are so many pleasant details in both the decor, amenities, even breakfast that it made us feel like we were home away from home❤️

The beauty and cleanliness of the Hotel is what I Love. It is very spacious. The ammenites are great!! The staff was nice and helpful!

The Breakfast was not a Strong point. There should be a greater selection of meat, and the saussges was not well cooked. Bacon, and ham add would be good. Everything else was great! I will be back to your chains, and will highly recommend it to my family and friends.

the customer service and the cleanliness of the room. the size of the room was also amazing! The staff was helpful, gave us time in the pool for my daughters birthday, helped me with tape to hang decorations. It overall was an amazing time and a successful stay! very happy will be back!!

The hotel room was comfortable and had exceeded my expectations. I liked the location, it was close to restaurants and it felt safe.

I thought that there could have been more options for breakfast. There also wasn’t a fan in the bathroom which I thought was odd.

Very few guests and staff wearing masks. Website said room doors were supposed to be sealed to indicate Covid cleaning protocol…this was not done. (I know the seal really doesn’t indicate much…it doesn’t say anything about the type of cleaning or how long the room was vacated between rental. But it was the protocol advertised) There was really very little that indicated any concern about Covid.

Breakfast was great!!! Amount of space in room was great!!

Price was high!! In the morning the people for housekeeping knocked on my door probably 3 times and at one point my bf was still sleeping. They should know who’s gone and who’s still there before disturbing guest in the morning.

Your coffee was delicious but your staff was outstanding. Very professional friendly courteous and thoughtful staff. Can’t say enough about how wonderful they were

Rooms were clean Nice location away from traffic Not too far away from restaurants and the surrounding areas of Toldeo Room stayed nice and dark with the blinds Breakfast was good

No breakfast meat options

Visiting family for the holiday, close by so very convenient.

Booked a suite, very happy with the room, but for longer stays I would recommend newer televisions to allow syncing with personal subscription services. Pillows were not the most comfortable.
