Motel 6-Atoka, OK

If only all Motel 6's were as good! Fantastic price but more so a HUGE room, well equipped. Clean and fresh and masses of space even with a huge bed. The tub was huge and a bath beckoned but unfortunately there was no stopper. Check-in staff were lovely and very friendly.

The traffic noise is a consideration and the a/c was very noisy so it was a choice to be warm or kept awake. I was joined by 4-5 large bugs in the morning but they were all dead. Looking outside and seeing how many appear there it seems just a hazard of summer in rural OK! The room itself was very clean. A stopper for the huge tub would have been wonderful. I'd hope to have a bath.

An elderly well dressed man in a very nice vehicle who gave his name, address and phone number was ahead of me about 11:45pm. He said he lost his wallet. The manager helped to register him for the night and he paid his bill and received a downstairs room. Acts of kindness are genuine and rarely seen in today’s world. We left the hotel in the morning at 9:30 and the gentleman’s car was gone. We enjoyed our second floor room. We paid a great rate on HOTEL TONIGHT, the room was cooled to a nice temp and soap was available. It was about .5-1 block off a major highway and it was very quiet with s nice tv that Worked! The room was very clean and was really a non smoking room😁

It was a huge step up from the Hotel 6 we stayed in on the way to Austin TX. The bath tub could have used a scrubbrush however it was so much better than the last one. The young man at the front desk was great. The room was clean. The bed was nice and firm. The noise was low key. Although the toilet didn't flush well the front desk came out and took care of it immediately.

The staff in the lobby were really kind and friendly and let me know a little bit about the area. The rooms are very clean, nearly remodeled, quiet, and private. I would definitely book here again

The young man who checked me in that evening and checked me out the next morning was extremely professional, courteous, kind, helpful, and friendly. He was probably one of the best customer service people I've ever met at a motel.

To be honest, I did not expect the hotel to be this good considering the price and location. Everything was better than expected.

I didn’t have an iron or an ironing bored in my room and that would have been helpful. I assume not every room comes with those items, but they are essential to travelers.

Clean room, comfortable bed. Room was larger than expected. Well stay there again and recommend to others.

We liked everything about the room.

It was big room and a good price. There was no carpet in the room which made it fee cleaner. Everything was in good working order. It was not fancy, but I did not expect that.

We didn't find anything to be wrong.
