Simple Rewards Inn

The check-in clerk was very helpful and he thoroughly provided helpful information including a recommendation of where to eat dinner. The room was spacious and clean and comfortable. I didn't partake of the breakfast except for coffee as I don't eat breakfast, but there was plenty of food to choose from if you are so inclined.

The only thing I noticed was that my room had a coffee maker and coffee but the coffee pot was missing. No big deal though, as I only had to walk down the hall to the breakfast room.

The location is very centralized and had many things to do in the area. Check in was good, had to wait a little but staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and cool when I arrived. I stay with my dog and was charged a $10 pet fee which is more than reasonable. We felt safe and well taken care of. Breakfast looked good. Hot breakfast with juice, coffee, fruit and pastries. I would commend this location for anyone looking for a room.

Nothing much. My microwave didn’t work but that wasn’t a big deal. I’m sure if I told someone they would have gotten me a new one but I didn’t need it.

I thought the best part was the shower, finally found a place with good water pressure. For me, that makes or breaks a future stay and when I travel across country again, I will stop here again.

The breakfast looked good but the waffle batter was empty, most likely due to all the construction workers beating me to breakfast.

The room was clean and well maintained. The check-in and check-out were efficient. There was a breakfast available (I chose to sleep in, so I do not know how it is).

The price I paid was not what was shown on booking.com. It was only a few dollars more, so I didn't bother addressing it since I was tired from traveling all day. Even with the higher price, it was reasonable for what you get.

Spacious, bright, very clean room. Linens were fresh. Fantastic breakfast with many choices (scrambled eggs, sausage, sausage gravy, pastries, cereal etc). Refrigerator & microwave. The refrigerator was the BEST - big freezer compartment with plenty of room to re-freeze my ice packs & more. Very welcome on a long road trip.

Location was great. Price reasonable. Staff was very friendly.

The bed was uncomfortable. My rv in my room didn't work. I didn't call the front desk due to I travel alone and didn't want to bring attention to that fact.

The breakfast was great…the best we’ve had in a long time at hotels. The shower was nice. Everything was clean.

The pillows were hard…we couldn’t get comfortable in the bed. We were kept awake by the noise in the hallway. People(staff or guests?) were talking loudly until 11:30, then started again at 1 am. The walls must be paper thin as we could hear easily, even from neighboring rooms. The pillows were very hard.

Plug ins need to be rewired to better locations , I had to move the microwave and coffee maker to another place in the room to plug in. Not a huge inconvenience, but it would be a worthwhile investment for the hotel. Beyond that, there are plenty of plug ins in the room they just need to be relocated.

I liked how quiet our room was. My husband and I loved the full hot breakfast. The bedding was clean and fresh.

The rooms need more updating...the hotel lobby was pretty minimal. I expected more with the EXCELLENT rating.

My 2nd time staying here, & I'm pleased to recommend this hotel. Clean room, quiet, comfortable beds, great hot breakfast too.
