older property that has been very recently completely redone, they are still working on parts of it. The beds and bedding were great! We found the new manager, to be very friendly and helpful. He is also the owner. The property is single level and parking in front of your unit is so easy. We will stay there again.
The only suggestion would be to add more outdoor patio furniture in front of the units.

These are genuinely the nicest people! I like to support family businesses. We have stayed here a couple times now and they are always so kind and happy! They are working hard at updating, and making this a nice place to stay. I also appreciate they have a dog friendly room we can stay in when we bring our dog.

Nice and clean. Room had 2 comfortable beds, refrigerator, microwave, TV, free internet. Very nice people who run the place. If you are going to Lakeview check it out. It is not fancy but it met my needs nicely. I had my dog traveling with me there was not an extra charge.for her. After traveling for 2 weeks it was nice to stay in a place where I don't have to pay extra to have a refrigerator and microwave in the room. I would stay here agsin.

We arrived an hour earlier then check in time and they allowed us in to our room. It had not been fully clean and the manager graciously offered us another room to stay in but my husband was exhausted and would’ve rather had a clean bed then clean room. It wasn’t dirty either, just gave it a wipe down and we were perfect! I just had to request some toiletries from the cleaning guy who was very quick and he even apologized. We told the staff all no need to apologize we should’ve called ahead but we were unsure of our arrival time. Even the manager said next time call head and he would’ve had the room ready. Unfortunately my husband had been driving all night as we were boating family and are on vacation so everything was great for us! The staff is exceptional and very helpful (: I received the mobile discount and the booking.com member discount! Can’t beat that! Nice quiet place! No yelling or screaming and it’s only one floor so no loud thumping on top. We definitely plan to stay here again. Thank you.

Easy in easy out close to food . Way better than some of the big name chain motels I have stayed at ! It was nice to see Deer walking around the property! The room we stayed in was in excellent condition quite clean and comfortable . I liked the chairs on the outside of the rooms to sit and chill .

The owners, are so nice! Very kind, happy, thankful. The rooms are clean, updated, and comfortable! The place is getting a face-lift and they are working hard at it. It's really looking nice. I like to support local owned. We will stay here again!

Setting was beautiful and room very nice
We were not allowed to use the pool heated by the springs. They wanted to charge us 110 to swim in it. The pool we were allowed to usewas not very well kept. Moulding around it was falling off. No hot tubs were available. We were not informed of this when we checked in the man showed us a map and we thought we had access to everything on the property. I would not stay there again as I felt that after paying over 300 for one night and a resort tax to use the amenities I was really ripped off

It was a good overnight at the Oregon Trail. Pros: Spacious, 2 comfortable beds, desk, office chair, fast Wi-Fi, space around the washbasin, peaceful. All rooms were on the gnd floor and my car was parked outside my door. Convenient. Good value.
Lighting could have been better. There was none over the desk.

A nicely remodeled older one story motel that was very clean and modern inside! It provided all of the necessary basics, including good wifi and tv, and you didn't have to pay for unnecessary luxuries.

Clean rooms. Motorcycle friendly. I love that my husband and I can both park right outside our room. Friendly staff.
Our room didn't have a coffee pot this time. Last time we stayed we did. This won't keep me from booking with them again.
