Any hotel that gives 6 pillows deserves 6 STARS! The pillows were comfy and elevated our sleeping experience! I love how there are USB plugs on various electronic devices! These little details help with international travellers with one less worry! - Curtains blocks out street light - No bed bugs or cockroaches - Super Safe neighbourhood - Free Parking - Free breakfast - Comfy Pillows

The only downside was, the breakfast was in a local restaurant nearby, the pancakes were really underwhelming!

Good location for what we were doing in the area

Rooms were clean, however cigarette butts all over outside area. When I looked up the place online, I felt I was deceived. Pictures of the rooms, etc. online were of the renovated areas, not the room I got; I was not too happy with this!!! This is poor practice of advertising your place, need both types of rooms showing online, not just the nice new renovated rooms!

Good location, convenient access to the Badlands National Park. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Had a bonus of getting to visit Wall Drug store.

Reservation included breakfast but when checking in found that the breakfast was served offsite. Also had only 3 choices available with any sides or drinks being extra. Not a deal breaker but not what you expect after reserving.

Very convenient location to the interstate and gas station and other members of our photo workshop who were staying in other motels. staff was very nice and accommodating.

Breakfast time of 7-9 seemed a bit short. Woukd have been nice having it open earlier. The ground floor room I had was next to housekeeping and I could hear the staff often through the thin walls. The ceiling creaked every time someone would walk across the floor.

The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk employee was friendly and helpful with suggesting a place to eat in town. She gave us a drink coupon for a restaurant in town. They had a nice selection of food for the breakfast.

They had employee cars blocking part of the half circle driveway, only a little inconvenient trying to park and get to the front door. The breakfast area could have used a little tending to (food on the counters, some tables were dirty, and the floor was a little sticky)

Oh my gosh, where do I start. When we arrived the desk clerk was so pleasant, friendly and made us feel right at Home. She was the type of person you wish you could be! The room was amazing! Rustic to the core. Loved it! They provided us with coupons for free food and drinks at the restaurants in town, which made us get out and explore. Beds are very comfortable.

Parking was a little tough. They had just resurfaced the lot and no yellow strips, and some customers took up two spots.

The room was spacious and because of remodeling they gave us coupons for a free breakfast in town along with free drink and discount coupons. It have all necessary amenities as well.

The shower was clean but when showering apparently the wrong tiles were used or they weren’t sealed and you got a lot of grout or dirt in the shower with you.

Pete at check-in was awesome !!! He gave me dog treats and also had a few welcome snacks. Beds were comfortable after a long day. Pool area was cute and looked inviting we just didn't have enough time to use it.

The maid knocked on our door at 7:38. I was not happy as we had arrived late. It's rude !!! There wasn't a Do Not Disturb hanger.

Pete the front desk guy was awesome, the rooms were clean and nice. I wanted to give this a 10 so badly—but the upstairs noise was soooooooooo bad. We heard every little step and movement until midnight and then again at 6 am. not very restful.

The bottom units were way too loud with the noise from upstairs. The tile in our bathroom was laid in a way that a puddle accumulated in front of the toilet.

Well appointed room,close to interstate, great wifi,quiet and safe area

Older lady working front desk at in the afternoon was less than polite. It was bad enough, at one point I just asked if I could cancel my reservation. It all worked out in the end and left the property before the office opened the next morning. I would not personally go back to that site because of her,but the facility is nice.
