everyone was so friendly
our bathroom wasn’t cleaned well. there was hair in the shower and the floor was not mopped. I always use Lysol wipes to clean everything off and go over the floor. it wasn’t horrible but it wasn’t clean either. the beds were super hard and uncomfortable so we didn’t sleep well.

The staff was friendly and accommodating from the time we checked in, during breakfast hours, evenings. We loved the special touches, cookies In the evening was a nice treat!
The breakfast food itself was not the highest value and not a lot of options each day. The staff was excellent but not the actual food quality. except the waffles makers- **11 stars

Breakfast was fine for me, but my son is vegan and really didn't have much to choose from. I asked when we arrived if there would be anything for him to eat and the answer was that they would tell the breakfast staff. That didn't happen. We ate at 8:30 and by then there was no fruit left that he could have eaten and little else. He said he should have brought his own cereal, etc. I thought the little bags of goodies for the toad was a very nice touch.

The staff was friendly and efficient! I arrived about a half hour early for check-in and with no questions asked they allowed me and my wife (who had just driven 14hrs up from Palm Beach) to get right to our room to relax! Location is perfect with Walmart right next door for all your travel needs! (or wants! Haha!) Thanks again guys for everything! See you soon!

Great location. Very clean and neat. Staff ere courteous, efficient, knowledgeable and well trained. Very customer service oriented.
Walls don’t seem to be well insulated. Can hear tv, muffled conversations and snoring of guests in adjoining rooms.

The breakfast was okay, nothing really special. But, I think it is due to lack of staff. The food they did have was good, just not much to choose from.
