Quality Inn Opryland Area

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Breakfast was great. The room was clean and the bathroom was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Far enough from the main road to prevent traffic noise. Appreciate that the hotel checked to make sure our stay was going well. Available paid shuttle to and from downtown Nashville was a great option to driving and paying for expensive parking. Location was very close to the main attractions outside of downtown Nashville. Ample restaurants near the hotel. Good value hotel.

Garbage cans around the building were overflowing with garbage with garbage stacked outside the cans. Significant inside noise and showers make a loud plumbing noise for about five seconds when initially turned on. Can hear this from the other rooms. The hall carpeting is need of cleaning.

It was a nice hotel with all facilities as advertised. The room was neat and clean, bathroom recently renovated. Room had a refrigerator, microwave, and steam iron, as shown in the pics. The Wi-Fi was initially a bit slow, but they updated their Wi-Fi and it was much faster. The staff were professional and courteous. Room service was on-request.

Some parts of the hotel were under renovation and refurbishment. So, there was some drilling and other repair activities that were happening on the top floor during working hours, which was fine. Also, some furniture in the room (e.g. couch, TV table, etc.) were a bit old, and i expect they are also going to be replaced/renovated soon. The carpet in the hallway had a bit musty smell, but most likely, this also might get replaced.

This is not a fancy place, but it is very clean, free HOT breakfast, comfortable beds, outstanding water pressure, free parking, amazing friendly staff and a $10 round-trip shuttle to downtown Last but not least is the value. You can stay at fancier hotels or spend your money doing fun things outside of the hotel. I will stay here again next year.

The exterior could use a little TLC. Also just update the website as the pool no longer exists..it's been buried...but who has time to swim in Nashville? Leave the room and explore the city.

VERY CLEAN!! PARKING WAS GREAT!! BREAKFAST WAS GREAT!!

WE WASN’T ABLE TO GET TOWELS FROM THE CLERK THAT WAS ON DUTY!!! WE WAITED FROM 9:30 UNTIL 10:15 WE HAD ALREADY PAID FOR EVERYTHING AND COULDN’T GET TOWELS TO SWIM BEFORE WE LEFT. I WENT BACK EVERY 15 MINUTES NO TOWELS. He SAID I HAD TO GET THE CUSTOMERS CHECKED IN. REALLY!!!WE ARE PAYING CUSTOMERS ALSO IT WOULD HAVE TAKEN LESS THAN 5 MINUTES TO GET TOWELS. EVERYTHING WOULD HAVE BEEN EXCELLENT IF HE HAD TOOK IN Consideration THAT WE WERE PAYING CUSTOMERS TOO. SO CHECK OUT WAS 11:00. SO WE DIDN’T GET TO SWIM!!

Breakfast buffet style and lots of options. Fridge and microwave in room. Walking distance to restaurants. Short drive to Opryland and shopping mall. Great price point for Nashville area. Beds and linens were great. Shuttle round trip available to downtown for small fee.

An outdoor patio seating area would have been nice. They had a couple of benches however nothing to sit and socialize with one another. A few picnic tables would be nice. Seasonal Pool area closed although weather was warm.

My room was clean, roomy and comfortable. I love the value. There really was no better deal in Nashville. I did like the Music Valley area the hotel is located in. I walked over to the Santa Fe Cattle Co for a meal/drinks, so that was convenient. I liked the ten dollar shuttle service as well.

I could here through the adjoining door pretty easily. Thankfully, I had quiet neighbors, I did not see non - dairy creamer for the coffee until my last day. The breakfast room was not stocked well every day. One day, no spoons. The next day, no plates, etc.

The staff, especially Rebecca, were so very friendly and accommodating! Everything was neat and clean and I appreciated the "housekeeping upon request only" because I didn't feel the need to tidy my belongings away before I left the room as I don't like people seeing my personal items on display. The beds were very comfy and I slept just as well as if I were at home. The breakfast offerings were exceptional; everything fresh and plentiful. Although the hotel was full, we could hardly tell that others were around unless we happened to meet someone in the hallway.

There was no place to get change for the vending machines and the snack machine does not accept cards. Our last morning there was rainy (started raining during the night) and everything in the room, including my clothes that were on hangers, the bedclothes, and the carpet felt damp.

close to several places to eat,quiet, good breakfast,and close to the Opry. Young lady at reception was very nice and took care of our problems immediately and apologized for the problems we had, even though it was not her fault.

room needed some repair, had no towels upon arrival and carpet had something white all over it. But called down to front desk and let them know about the towels and carpet and she brought towels up right away. even offered to get a vacuum and do the floor,but told that was ok,we would keep our shoes on since we were only there one night.

The room was comfortable and spacious. The location was excellent, just off of the interstate and close to several attractions.

Our room had a broken toiled flush handle requiring us to remove the tank lid to flush the toilet. This is something that housekeeping should have flagged and maintenance should have fixed before the room was ever rented.

The staff was extremely nice. I didn't use housekeeping that much(I didn't want to risk my daughter getting sick) but whenever I needed anything they were right there. I kept clean towels, linen, and my toiletries were always restocked. I was even able to use their vacuum to do my floors and I appreciated that. The breakfast was exceptional every morning. Everything was always fresh, hot, and stocked. I hate I didn't know about the gym until a few days before I left but there will be other times.

The wifi wasn't that great so my children didn't get to play their game but we made it by using our board games and I was still able to get my work done so I can't complain too much. 😀
