Comfort Inn Oak Ridge

The range of choices for breakfast was memorable. The bed was comfy, internet and TV worked. Perfect clean, quiet room, which became our home for three nights. Just across the parking lot from Walmart, so we easily made meals using microwave and fridge with tiny freezer compartment.

Fitness equipment needed repair, but it would have been a fine place to exercise.

we were there with the crew of the USS Oakridge ARDM-1 and Vidhi & Rob at the front desk were so Professional, courteous and accommodating. we really enjoyed our stay. and the women that work the breakfast in the morning are so pleasant, asking you if you enjoyed everything and keep the place spotless, and well stocked. they work hard to make sure everyone is taken care of. your hard work doesn’t go unnoticed

I did not like having to leave.

The location was exceptional and the breakfast was delicious. We didn’t know at first that you had to ask the staff member for a hot breakfast but once we saw someone else do it we also did it.

We had major problems with our room key not working properly and one night we were locked out of our room for 45 minutes going back and forth to the front desk to get them rekeyed. The staff person ended up using the master key to let us in! We also expected the room to have a microwave in it but it didn’t do we had to take popcorn we bought downstairs to fix it in the breakfast area.

My boyfriend and I had initially just planned a day trip from Ga to The Dragons Tail but decided to ride further north and stay the night to ride The Devils Triangle the next day. We love the fact that it was in a great location for us to be able to make that trip without having to be way out of the way for our next ride the next morning. The front desk staff was amazing allowing us to park our bikes by the front door so they could keep an eye on them throughout the night. That was a huge plus for us. When your in a strange town it’s comforting knowing the staff cares enough to put you at ease!!! Breakfast was delicious and all the staff we felt with was very friendly!!!

The hot breakfast was so good. So much to choose : Waffles, cereal, grits, fruit, muffins, and more. The lady was polite and brought out our food quickly. The Lobby smelled clean and looked clean. Our room was clean on the days it was cleaned.

Something had spilled on the elevator floor, but we took it anyway and told the front desk. They took care of it. They did not clean our room one day when they should have.

Check in was quick and easy, we were there for a rowing event so location was ideal, only a few miles away.

Hotel is a bit older and dated, has that run down feel even though overall clean. Not a problem, but probably time for an update. You could smell old smoke in the rom from years of people who weren't supposed to smoke in their rooms.

everything was very clean and comfortable. the staff were friendly and helpful the free breakfast had a lot of different things to eat lots of nice restaurants close by and a Walmart right across the street

The hospitality of the staff, superb breakfast and excellent location. Our room was big and comfortable. The location is in the middle of shopping (Walmart), gas stations, restaurants etc which is a plus

Some dust on the furniture in our room and in need of better lighting in the hallways, along with some painting on the ceilings and walls to brighten up the halls. The elevator could stand for some sprucing up too.

The location was perfect and 10 minutes from Windrock where we were riding our Polaris ranger.I really enjoyed being within walking distance to Walmart and the strip malls.The hotel was very clean.The staff was very friendly.The breakfast was good.We will definately stay here when we return to the area in the spring.

Our room needed a new iron

They are currently under renovation which is good because the hallways smell a bit moldy and musty. The inside of the room, however was clean and newly refurbished. The staff were lovely and helpful.
