Luxbury Inn & Suites

We always stay at Luxbury when we are in Maryville for events at the The Shed at the local Harley-Davidson dealer. Have never had a problem or complaint. Staff is always super friendly and helpful. Facilities are older, but well kept, always super clean. Only complaint was we rented the two-bed suite this time, and there was only one trash can in the unit. One in the kitchen, not one in the bathroom. But that's a first world problem, and almost not worthy of mentioning. The little kitchenette is nice to have, but there isn't much in it, so if you plan on cooking, you'll probably want to bring your stuff.

Beds are not the best, but I've certainly slept on much worse!

Good location for us as we had spent the day in Chattanooga and were going into SMNP and then Gatlinburg the following day. Took less than an hour to get to Cades Cove (side note, avoid Cades Cove on a weekend!). Bigger than expected, plenty of room for our family of 3. Liked the separate living and bedroom areas. Was clean, comfy, and quiet. Breakfast was nice with waffles, eggs, biscuits/gravy, oatmeal, cereal, fruit,and juice/milk/coffee available. Only a couple of tables in the foyer to eat at but not a big deal because of the dining table in the room. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. I was anxious when booking because I know they have a few smoking rooms in the facility and are pet friendly (and my daughter and I are both sensitive), but was happy to find not a trace of either odor. Overall a great place that I would stay at again if in the area .

The only thing I can think of for improvement is that there was no dish soap or paper towels in the kitchen area, so if you're staying for long enough to use the kitchen you'll have to pick these up yourself (but convenient to a Walmart just 7 minutes away).

Room was spacious and very clean. The rooms are small suites, with a living room that includes a full kitchenette and a single cup coffee pot. It is separated from bedroom by a bathroom along the hallway. Located close to a mall, it is still very quiet. Included breakfast was quite good with fresh scrambled eggs, diy waffles, fruit, toast, cereals and more. Staff is very friendly and check in and out quick and easy. We stay here anytime we are in the Maryville area. Highly recommend.

Can't think of a thing.

The hotel staff was wonderful, and very accommodating. My room was clean, spacious, quiet and comfortable. I was able to park my motorcycle right outside my room, or under covered parking a very short distance away. I'd happily stay there again if I ever come back through that area!

I can only think of one thing I'd change...I would like to have had a smart TV upon which I could watch Netflix or YouTube. But this is a tiny thing and I almost feel guilty mentioning it, because I was overall so happy with my room and the hotel staff.

The room was awesome, like being in a studio apartment. Super quiet and extremely relaxing. Great water pressure. Just about everything a person could ever need. The price was ridiculously cheap for what I received. I'm a Choice member and would have paid much more for a lot less.

The incidental fee was processed thru my bank as an ATM charge and yes it did clear so I had to dispute the charge. Otherwise, I would have scored this place as a 10 hands down.

Room was exceptionally clean and furniture appeared to be quite new. Both TV's worked as expected but did not use the refrigerator or range. The complimentary breakfast buffet was as good as I have found. Offering scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, cold cereal, hot cereal, waffles, toast, fruit, milk, tea and coffee. Something for everyone. There is ample free parking and its located across the highway from a mall.

There are no disposable glasses for the bathroom and only 2 stoneware cups in the kitchen, Difficult if you are planning an extended stay but we did not ask the front desk if any are available.

The rooms were more like home then we thought it would be. The workers were so kind and I am so thankful for them, the breakfast was great and love being surrounded by so many choices for food but that week cookout was the best. I am so ready to come stay again 🤗

Would’ve just been nice to have a pool at that time it was beautiful and warm out.

The best place to stay in Maryville. This is our 3rd stay with Luxbury Suites. The rooms are always spotless with comfy beds. It is located close to the mall and several restaurants. It's almost like staying in a cute little apartment. We will be back again.

The one thing that's a bit nerve wracking is the Cook Out restaurant is literally steps away...and they have a drive thru where you can hear everyone's order 🤣🤤 You really do get used to it rather quickly. Or you could turn on the AC and block it out.

The room was a nice size and it was nice to have the kitchen. It was quiet and a good location for what we were there for. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. Liked having laundry on site that we could use.

The fan in the bathroom was very loud and then it just quit working. The towels were thin and small. Limited parking places- we had to park in the bank parking lot one night.

The hotel was VERY clean. The staff were friendly and were available anytime I needed anything. Breakfast every morning was also great!

Being so close to Cookout drive-thru, I could hear people ordering their food from my room. Also, some of the other hotel guests can get pretty loud with music, revving engines, and hanging around in the parking lot on weekends.
