Canopy By Hilton Dallas Uptown

Uptown location was centrally located and has multiple shops and restaurants in walking distance. Someone on staff was always located at front door to assist with any questions you may have about the property or surrounding area.

Breakfast could have been complimentary during your stay. $15 per day if all your looking for is a bagel and a cup of coffee seems a bit overpriced. Food quality was good and had many options if you are into a full sit down breakfast.

I got married and I have done my preparations in the room, makeup and everything. I liked how neat room was when I came and I liked the view and most importantly the light. It was very good lighting and my photographer was really happy. Makeup lady too. They even had amazing sliding wooden doors so I could hang my dress. Overall the room served purpose and I was really satisfied and happy. I wish I had more time to enjoy the view.

The cleaning service is weird. I didn’t get cleaning once in my 3 nights stay. I discovered you need to ask for cleaning otherwise they will not come but when I asked they told me we don’t have anyone. Breakfast is extremely expensive and offers very poor choices. It’s very bad.

We didn't try breakfast however the area was so very good to walk around and find a few places open despite the weather. The staff we spoke to all seemed friendly with a can-do attitude. Water on arrival.

I don't think there's anything that wasn't done for us, there was a can do attitude from the front desk however the only thing that might have helped us was a bit more local knowledge for what was open at the time (weather conditions). A welcome drink in the bar to encourage you to stay would be a great bonus I think!

The breakfast was delicious and served with smiles. Sitting at the bar was comfortable with a very friendly bartender. It was the perfect spot to meet friends and shelter from the Dallas heat. It has a great location with superb dining and shopping close by. And the checkin and checkout were fast and pleasant.

Customer service was top tier! Bed was very comfortable!

For $300/night, I couldnt control my own thermostat. Room was super hot until we called down to get it turned down. Shower curtain was not long enough to keep water from splashing out the tub. The iron was broken and ruined my wife's dress.

Good location. Felt safe as a solo female traveller

As a non-coffee drinker, inability to have a hot drink in my room that didn't have a tainted taste of coffee from the machine was very disappointing

Staff was very friendly and efficient. Loved my stay! The valet was wonderful and I enjoyed being able to ask questions about the area. The neighborhood was very walkable and everything I needed was within walking distance. Great stay for a business meeting.

The valet was superior. The valet staff from 3/24 to 3/26 was the best part of the Canopy. He was friendly, kind, informative and uplifting. He was the highlight of the trip. He should be CEO. If all the Canopy employees acted like him then WOW!!

Loved the location and hotel decor in general. Had a great view from our balcony. Bed was comfortable

A/C controls were disabled and we had to request they be enabled twice. The room was not cleaned after the first night. Front desk said due to covid we had to request that it be cleaned. We were not informed until we determined that the room was not serviced. Parking was on street but free. $10 a day in the garage. Bar and restaurant didn't open til after 5 PM. Due to Covid, service suffered and facilities were limited.

Canopy will be my new go to when coming to Dallas! For starters, the staff was incredible. Stacey at the valet is a gem. The room is stunning, so well organized and cozy. The bed was so comfy!! Amazing stay
