The location was very accessible. The room was very comfortable. Decor was very tasteful & pleasant.
Breakfast food was fine, but only just barely warm. Luggage carts were terrible - junk - the wheels were wobbly, bent, and coming off the carts; certainly not Hampton’s standard or quality!

It was comfortable and staff was accommodating.
The event room was not ready which made my event late to start. The rooms I booked were not ready at time of check in. The swimming pool is supposed to be heated and it was ice cold.

The breakfast was superb. Many choices of coffee, juice, and things to eat.
There was only one problem that the staff quickly fixed. Our original room's toilet had issues flushing from the very start. We ended up having to switch rooms because it wasn't fixable.

The bed left a lot to be desired. The mattress was hard and springing. The pillows were so soft they went flat when you laid on them.
