Booking.com took my money but did not confirm my reservation with this hotel even though Booking.com issued a notice to me to the contrary. When I arrived the desk clerk advised me they had no clean rooms due to a prior water issue in Odessa. Booking.com was aware of this fact. After using my status as a Hilton Honors member, they found a room that was acceptable even equipped with handicap features. Booking.com did nothing but take. My money and run. The disclaimer on your notice is a misrepresentation. In my view Booking.com is unethical, sloppy and irresponsible. I will never book with you again. Friendly staff, breakfast and food available, great location, clean rooms and common areas.

The pool wasn’t very clean and had algae growth. As a pool owner myself, it concerned me that the chemicals added may not be enough for the summer months and that the pool maintenance could be improved.

Clean hotel, friendly staff and we liked the fact that they have breakfast open until later than most other hotels. Most are open only until 9 am. Which means you have to wake up early to be able to eat breakfast although you should be resting on vacation.

My family and I were traveling through multiple states to get to our final destination and for our stop in Texas for whatever reason we totally spaced the time zone change. Our arrival time was cutting close to midnight and we could potentially miss check-in. I called Home2Suites and explained my situation, they were eager to help and understood our situation. They took notes and told us they would wait for us to show up to check-in! Such great customer service. Once we arrived the premises were clean, modern, comfortable and felt like a little bit of home away from home.

I loved the packaged, COVID-friendly breakfast, as well as the facilities. I really, really liked my room. Also, the front desk staff member was a sweet, friendly woman who was very helpful and made me feel at home!

There wasn’t much I didn’t like, besides the fact that the mask rule wasn’t being enforced (no one was wearing a mask!). This is minor, but the dishes in our room were left dirty in the dish washer. I went down to grab plastic utensils from the front desk, so it was okay. Just an inconvenience!

Very clean close to city and options for dining tight in hand.

Breakfast was slow some mornings and considering the style of hotel seems like breakfast would of had better options

consistent with the same properties we have stayed at before staff friendly and breakfast. also very clean

the pool was closed 😩 I kept telling the grandkids we will go swimming after driving for two days. and it was closed. we were all disappointed ☹️

The staff was very nice and helpful and the location was great !

Breakfast wasn't much to choose from, and I had to ask twice for towels and trash pick up.water pressure was low in the shower .

The dishes in our room were dirty other then that perfect space and super family friendly

The young lady that checked us in the first night was great. But the other lady that checked us in the next day was funny & nice. Thank you

Well I didn't like that the bathroom wasn't really clean.
