The customer service was unlike any other and the room was all kinds of perfect. It really felt like a home away from home and I can’t wait to go back. Wonderful price for the quality I received. :)
My only complaint is that I requested for maintenance to look at the drain in my shower. While they did look at it, I think they could have better solved it. That said, this does not deter me from wanting to come stay at this hotel again. There’s so much to love about it.

The breakfast was amazing!!Huge selection and the attendant was so sweet and kept everything full.The room was clean meticulous and clean bed everything worked!The hotel staff was amazing my daughter left her I phone and they called me to return it,very trustworthy and I have traveled to a lot of rooms this by far was the best!

Had everything we needed and was comfortable. We were there for a funeral so it wasn’t a fun trip, but little things going wrong with things like accommodations can make it much worse. That did not happen here at all. Friendly, efficient, and great price.
Pool was closed, but we weren’t there for that so not a big deal to us.

I was super impressed with Savanna. We booked using booking.com and they messed up our reservation. Savanna resolved the issue quickly. She saw to a personal request (box fan being sent to the room), and she was very sweet!
The breakfast was limited and the eggs were gone before 9:30 and more weren’t made.

Of course with Covid in place breakfast was what it could be under those circumstances. The new type blinds in the room did not completely block out the light but when we mentioned it to the front desk the next morning they went above and beyond to address our needs and we were impressed.

Really great value. Nice breakfast in the mornings, very clean hotel, and a helpful and friendly staff.
The awning in front of the hotel was broken during our stay, so you couldn’t pull up in front of the building to load or unload your car.
