That they allow me to keep the same room and I don't have to move from room to room.
I didn't like that they would not allow me to keep me property in the room while I go get the cash put on my debit card to pay for the room. The person who works the front desk over night is do rude and keeps his huge dog in the frontI office. He is also lazy lazy lazy. He doesn't want to help anyone and walks all around the property leaving the front desk unattended. I don't like that I speak to motel 6 corporate office asking if there is anything they can do it help me get a discount and all I get is it's up to the property when I ask the property I get no there is nothing they can do and I need to call customer service.

Pillows were lumpy (felt they had been washed and bunched up) Bathroom had some minor paint problems on door and along bottom of walls. Not finished and spackling to cover some holes was rough and mismatched color cover.

The manager's name is Debbie. She and another woman named Liz are the best! They went above and beyond to make sure everything was okay. I'm mobility impaired. I called ahead of time to request a ground floor room. I had forgotten to mention that when I made the reservation. They were able to make sure that I had a ground floor room! The housekeeping staff were so very nice too! They changed out a pillow that was past it's prime. They too were accommodating. This is my second stay there. I told Debbie that I will be staying there again in the future.

When I got into the room, the refrigerator had a place or two that needed cleaning. The freezer had an item that was left by previous guests. Upon notifying the office, the cleaning staff appeared and took care of it and apologized profusely. I learned that the individual who had been assigned that area had been let go due to negligence. Overall, my stay was very nice.
