Great location in Seymour. The hotel is well kept, small and quiet. The management staff is easy to work with and has been polite and accommodating when I have needed something. Easy to book with them directly or using a service like booking dot com.

The hotel is very small, the number of rooms is very limited, so reserving a room on busy weekends is challenging. The hotel uses actual physical keys for the doors, but only one key is provided. The single key is inconvenient when multiple people are staying in the room.

Very cute place. Good location. The rocking chairs on the covered porch were relaxing after a long day's drive. This motel is clean and well maintained. Check in was quick in that they send you a text telling you which room is yours, the door is open and you just let yourself in. We like the convenient parking right in front of the room.

The bed was a little too soft for me, but not a deal breaker because we plan on returning on our way back home.

Outstanding location in town. Love the Resturant located at the end of the hotel. Very quaint setup, love the covered porch in front of the rooms. Wish I had time to use the community BBQ they have set up

I do wish the key system was a bit more modern - they still use an actual key. This presents a problem when you lock the door and forget the key inside... Easy to contact the manager and have someone run over with a spare key to open the door, but still not as user friendly as it could be.

every hotel i have ever been to had uncomfortable beds, not HH Creek Inn. The beds were great, the room was clean, everything worked, no smells anywhere, the sheets were clean, the bathroom was clean and there was 2 bottle of water in the fridge. check in and out was easy and even though it was next to a Highway there was no Highway noise. If i come through the area I will be staying there again. Also, they have a cafe attached that opens at 11 but Rock Inn Cafe is right around the corner and opens early, has great breakfast and even better coffee.

Comfortable bed, decent selection of TV channels, and easy access from the parking lot.

The floor was extremely wet when I arrived (though it didn't take long to dry once I turned on the AC). The cricket singing in the shower at 2 a.m. woke me up.

I traveled with several other parties who all stayed at this property. The renovations done to the property are exceptional. The rooms are simple but well thought out and comfortable. We particularly liked the shower which was wonderfully executed and disabled/handicapped friendly in every room. The rooms were very clean and no signs of insects or rodents. My spouse used to work in the hospitality industry and scrupulously checks for bedbugs and other things when we arrive. The beds and pillows were of some type of memory foam and very comfortable. Check in and out was very simple and non-contact.

The rooms have bare concrete floors with the occasional throw rug. I'm sure it is much easier to keep clean and we always bring house shoes of some kind so the cold floor didn't bother us. My only concern about throw rugs is the occasional trip hazard but we didn't experience any of that with the ones in our room. Overall I'd rather have the bare concrete over carpet of indeterminate age and filthiness and just lose the throw rugs. The property is on the main drag going through town and there was some occasional traffic noise but nothing unexpected. The shutters and barn door closures on the windows helped minimize it.

Cute place and easy check-in. Rocking chairs on the porch are a nice place to relax. A clean and comfortable place to stay. The restaurant next door had great service and good food.

There was nothing I didn't like.

What attention has been paid to restoring this place after a fire wiped it out! They even incorporated salvageable pieces from the original. Beautiful and artistic landscaping. Sweet hospitality: they even provided a couple water bottles and popcorn that the kids loved! Easy access to customer service through text messages while maintaining social distance from check in to check out.

Really the only complaint was that under the beds was filthy. Housekeeping should add that to their checklist.

The atmosphere and vintage decorations.

For me it would be A /C and heater unit. Could not get adjusted right between cool or heat. But kept room comfortable and will stay every time I go hunting in Seymour m
