Sleep Inn and Suites Shamrock

Beautiful lobby, staff so kind and helpful, luggage carts, pool, workout room, very, very nice (and large) hotel room, clean, comfortable, large bathroom with large walk-in shower, room had a table (which seems to be rare these days in hotel rooms), separate nook for keurig station, two nightstands, comfy corner cushioned chair, closet with a door, very quiet (couldn’t hear any cars going by even though our room was right next to the on ramp to the interstate), safe area, clean and modern facility, hot breakfast included (juice, eggs, sausage, biscuits, waffles in the shape of Texas), right across the street from McDonalds, loved it, highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed!

I liked everything about it!

Breakfast had protein options as well as Texas-shaped waffles, so pretty much everything you need. The bed was comfortable and the room was pretty well decorated and maintained. The fitness center had two working treadmills and a Bowflex, and I had it all to myself, so that was nice.

The hotel looked a little old with a few cracked tiles in the bathroom, but nothing that interfered with functionality.

It was clean, not like other hotels we stayed at. I felt like we hit the lottery when we got there. I was completely comfortable and had a great night's sleep. The room was exceptionally clean, kept up and I was able to to take a nice hot shower. Staff was friendly and tentative to our needs. We brought our small dog Lucy and had no issues bringing her along.

Nice place to stop friendly and attentive staff,room clean and comfy.Tv dident work and a light was flickering quick call to reception and we were changed room .shower hot and powerful with a good breakfast to round it off.

Wish these places would put teabags in the rooms us brits like our cuppas ,otherwise perfect.

The breakfast was amazing like always. The staff is always so sweet, they remember my kiddos names and what they like. They have no problems if we make a request for a certain floor, clean towels, extra shampoos. They are amazing and that is why this is the only hotel we stay at in Shamrock.

I don't know that they could have made our stay any better. The only thing that I can think of is a few more choices for breakfast, but both of my kiddos have food allergies and I know that Covid has narrowed options, we always plan accordingly, and most of the staff know and remember that my youngest has severe allergies and when we checked in they made sure to let me know what the menu was so we could make other arrangements.

They were very accommodating with our late check-in time due to a storm in northern Texas that night. Koko was absolutely amazing and welcoming - I think this was the best check-in experience I’ve ever had, and I’ve travelled quite a bit. Thank you so much!

Literally nothing. The room was huge and clean, check-in and check-out were quick and flawless. Well done!

We stay here every time we go on vacation. Everything is clean, staff is great, room size good. Easy to get to.

Wish there were ottomans or recliners in handicap room, but I understand that could cause liability issues, but it would sure make stay more comfortable

The rooms were very clean, beds & pillows were very comfortable, the pool was superb & clean, some of the staff were very friendly & helps us on anything we needed. Overall I liked the cleanliness of the rooms

The TV in our bedroom was not working. The screen was very dark. And had problems with my keys not opening the room almost everyday. The front desk staff were very friendly except for one employee. The owner & the skinny guy were very very friendly, except for the other woman.

Great breakfast. Easy access. Very friendly staff. Always stay here and always impresses.

Newer vinyl plank floor in room—looked great! But, it was very dirty and my feet were black when I went to bed. Maybe damp mop daily to keep clean?

Night staff was well informed and friendly. Easy to get in and out. Parking was plentiful. Taco Bell nearby was fast and well prepared. Comfortable beds.

Not the fault of the hotel, but Shamrock is a dying town. Nothing nearby and not many restaurant options. Hotel also in need of some updating.
