Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Snyder

Great little hotel a little ways from 84, the staff was excellent, the breakfast was above average, the regular price was good compared with multiple other places in and around Snyder, they happily let me work remote from their lobby; I would easily stay here again!

The pet fee is pretty high at $50, per pet, per night; maybe look elsewhere if you're traveling with pets and on a budget.

I love the facilities. Convenient and beautiful decorated.

The walls in my room seemed like they may need painting. They had a lot of smudges on them and the lining on the tub curtain was a bit old looking.all minor things compared to the great service from the staff. They were all cheerful and so helpful. Can’t say enough about them. I would stay there again!

The room temperature was very warm, it would not go lower than 78 degrees and it was over 95 outside. I asked other visitors staying there and they said the same thing the rooms were also hot even in the middle of the night's sleep.

When we ask the front desk for extra towels she just frowned and was not a happy person to be at the front desk, customer service with a smile always sells or exceeds customer experience.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was not available so they tried to accommodate. Was clean and safe location.

Bed was not very comfortable. The room we booked was not available and they said hasn't been for years. Had to be in a King Suite with pull out and rollaway. Tight fit! We have family of 5 with 3 teenager!

Everything was clean and well maintained. The staff was great. The young man at the front desk was awesome at check out. Very kind and courteous. The breakfast area was very clean and the food was really good probably one of the better breakfast we've had in a hotel in a while.

The elevator was jerky felt a little unsafe.

Since hotel has many contractors staying, they should have a muddy boot cleaning area outside. There was lots of mud on carpet in elevator and hallways. (That part of Texas has lots of industrial work areas).

The staff was really amazingly nice and I want to thank Roosevelt at the front desk for his professionalism and hospitality, he was very helpful for every questions we had and gave us good recommendations. I also want to thank Arturo our waiter at the hotel restaurant Agave who made us feel really welcome to Santa Fe, he took really good care of us during our diner with a lot of professionalism and he was really fun and had really great knowledge about wine and liquor and also food. The food was really good too.

the cupboards were hanging space for tops but not long enough for dresses etc

Great customer service from Cassie, Brianna and Cheryl. They all went the extra mile for me. Greatly appreciated as I was on a difficult trip. They made everything as easy as possible for me.

The staff was nice and helpful.

The pool was green and when asked when or if it would be clean they said it was. Far from it.
