Easy check in with friendly front desk agent even though I arrived late at night. Room cost was half of what I paid at Motel 6 the night before and the bed was more comfortable and the wifi worked better. Was able to get a great night of sleep and the curtains are amazing, perfect blackout so even though I slept in it was still pitch black in the room.

A couple creaky floorboards and I did find a couple hairs in the room, but overall nothing too bad. For a super budget motel I really have no complaints.

It was just what we were looking for. The price was low and room was good. The toilet worked good and the shower had plenty of hot water.

The first day at check-in, the desk was a little sticky and the frig had someone's drink still in the door shelf. Bring your own pillow.

The room was clean and comfortable. For the price. it was great. If you want a nice place to stay that isn't expensive this is it. Bed was good and bathroom was nice.

First night, I had noisy neighbors. So walls must be thin.

1. This is probably the best budget motel between St. George and Salt Lake city 2. Owner/Manager are really nice people 3.Property is really quiet and lovely view of the mountains at the back of the property

1. Minor issues, not worth mentioning. 2.Compared to my last visit, the property is slipping, just a little bit, and could do with a regular maintenance guy

Needed an economical place to stay on our way home. This place filled the bill. It was clean, in a good location and the bed was comfortable.

There was some things needed upkeep and maintenance, such as peeling paint near the bathtub. Need to keep up with the basics!

At first I was a little ify because one of the reviews said it looked like an abandoned building but for 50 bucks a night I wasn’t expecting a 5 star hotel .. upon arrival the building was not in bad shape… we slept very comfortable everything looked tidy n clean.It was near food and gas. If your not picky then I recommend this hotel. The price is good for the hotel.

They could use new rugs but I didn’t mind them …

The booking price was more expensive than the advertising sign on I 15 south bound. The motel was advertising rooms for $44. I thought the online booking was to find discounted rooms, not more expensive rooms. Lol

Older hotel, decent room, and very nice staff.

Was booked for 2 beds, only had 1. Only had power for 1 socket and half the lights. Told management next morning, he said must be the breaker, and booking reserved the room. My daughter and i got there late and left early, so no a big deal. She got the bed, i got the floor.

It was a great value and was what I needed. I appreciated the coffee maker and the large room. A good find for our quick trip up to Eagle Point.

I had difficulty checking in because I arrived after midnight. When I tried to communicate my late check-in to the staff, no one answered my calls. The shower was a bit dingy and the doorframe needs to be replaced.

The price was right for a clean bed and bathroom facility. The bathroom could use a little maintenance where there has been water damage on the walls -- however -- this did not interfere with my use of the bathroom. The host was most helpful and assured me that I would have a safe stay.
