Comfort Inn Richfield I-70

The host was nice. Hotel and room was clean.

The expectation of providing a full breakfast from 7am-9am. 40 minutes before 9am, my granddaughter went for eggs, sausage and toast. Serving trays where empty and no toast. Only yogurt. We had no more coffee nor orange juice. When we asked the staff they quoted the manager made the decision first come first serve. Once an item is finished it's not filled. If you're late your late. Sorry go to a fast food place.

We were just in town last minute to get some car repairs done and had a nice stay. The Front desk guy was nice and helpful. We booked the wrong date on booking and called and he helped us out quickly the day of and he took the time to give us repair shop recommendations and look up places for us to go. Bed was comfortable, room was clean, pool and hot tub was nice after a long day. The breakfast was a little lacking, pretty much just bagels and waffles but better than nothing. I don’t plan to ever return to Richfield but if I do I would stay here again.

Not a ton of parking. Breakfast could have been better.

The Manager I believe his name was Richard, was just an awesome guy. He basically took the time to get to know us and we were staying for one night. The room was great and I have to say that the continental breakfast was the best I’ve ever had and I travel a lot for my kids Baseball team’s. The 🥓 was fantastic. I highly recommend this place.

Breakfast was delicious. Bed was comfortable. Location was great (right off the highway) and didn’t experience highway noise. A little convoluted trying to get to the property, but not bad

As with most hotels; the air conditioner was way too noisy.

Breakfast was great, sitting area downstairs inside and outside was nice, rooms we're good, ac/heat worked well, ample parking.

Has a problem with the sink in the bathroom on my last night and they didn't have maintenance on staff to fix until after I left the next day. It was Sunday night so I understand.

Beds and pillows were very comfortable!!! Breakfast was wonderful and lots of great choices! Really good and coffee was terrific!

Figuring out how to get cleaning services for my 7 day stay. Got fresh towels but could not get trash pick up.

Breakfast was great. Location was great. Staff was pleasant. We came for a baseball tournament and they handled our whole team staying there the best they could.

The manager was a little rude when we left. He told us we only cost him a few guest. I did not think that was necessary to say to people who paid over $700 to stay there. Considering it was 12 families and multiple kids.

Great location. Pet friendly places to walk my dog and have her do her thing. Next to a gas station and something to eat if need be.

Nothing. it was exactly what we were looking for and needed for an overnight stay on an extended trip from California to Colorado. Exactly halfway.

charged my card twice after i paid cash! hopefully it will get fixed but Richard the manager at the time was not very helpful he said he couldn’t do anything until general manager came in on Monday. i hope it gets fixed ASAP because it will screw up my bank account if not fixed. other than that all good.

Very quiet and the breakfast was very good. Bed was comfortable.

Bathroom in need of maintenance. Inside door frame coming off and hot and cold ring in bathtub off and water getting behind wall. Door stop had also been smashed into the wall. Floor was dirty.
