Comfort Inn & Suites Christiansburg I-81

I love the location. I’ve stayed at most of the hotels along Tyler Road, and there are only two I’ll continue to stay at when we go to Radford. This is one of the two I’ll continue to stay at.

I saw long dark hairs in the bathroom (mine is short and light and my husbands is short and dark). Hoping these hairs on the tub and floor belong to the cleaning lady and not the guest before me! Next complaint is about the pool. It’s closed. Because of covid. I feel this is an excuse because the hotel across the street has theirs open and I’ve been to other hotels in 2022 that have their indoor pools open.

I came from Maryland for my Aunt's funeral. It was the perfect location, right off the highway. The bed was comfy and the water pressure in the shower was great. Breakfast was decent. Due to Covid, some items weren't available but it was still OK. Coffee was hot and fresh and I loved the juice selection at breakfast. The pool was closed but that was due to Covid, so it's fine. We have a family reunion coming up in June and I will check this hotel again at that time.

The staff is amazing !!!! The whole staff from the conceirge to the cleaning staff went out of their way to make us comfortable !!! Upon checking in when we got in our room there was an issue and we were immediately moved to another room.We were on the second flloor and the cleaning lady was attentive to our needs and very helpful to us !!!! We definetly enjoyed our stay !!!! Thank you !!!

Variety of healthy options for breakfast. Efficient and friendly staff.

Back door is messed up and confuses a lot of people. No ashtrays for smokers so they don’t litter.

First and foremost, I appreciated the room: top floor, end unit, back side of building! I am sure that was a divine accident and wouldn’t happen in another thousand years; but it was, indeed, a wonderful respite from a looong day’s drive in heavy traffic, detours, etc. Besides, it was convenient; clean; very comfortable; the staff was most hospitable; and we will stay here in the future when we are traveling north!

Nothing to complain about really! Most people might say it is out of date, but for ones who aren’t as shallow, perhaps, tend to critique on comfort, economy, cleanliness. It was perfect for our needs and we thank you for being available! Gayle Henderson

it was close to where we needed to be.

booked this property so our daughter could swim after her volleyball tournament and the pool was closed. No mention of this at booking. probably would have stayed somewhere else if this had been disclosed. no offer of a discount because of this.

The price was good. Everything looked clean. The furniture was comfortable and the room was quiet. The room included a mini frig, microwave and coffee maker. It also included complementary breakfast food. Unfortunately no waffles due to covid.

When booking I thought that the inn was in Christiansburg, but it is actually 5 miles further closer to Radford.

Breakfast was ok..good variety. Staff friendly. Room convenient

Not motels fault but guest in adjoining room were extremely noisy with their late arrival and early departure. Loud talk , repeatedly slamming doors.

Comfortable, clean and friendly

Slightly off the beaten path from Christiansburg. Lighting off the exit was low. Lack of pool and certain breakfast items (because of covid). Not the fault of management because corporate bows to the hypocritical Bureaucrats.

The staff is great! Everyone helpful and friendly! Breakfast stuff always refilled. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel was clean as well. Thank you!
