We liked the breakfast - a little bit more than the standard frozen Danishes and muffins most places give out these days. We were amazed by all the place had to offer for the type of commuter hotel we thought it was. Wine and spirits, a fun activity center with corn hole, pool table, games. Plenty of places in the lobby to sit to do work or make a phone call or just get out of your room. All staff that we came into contact with were exceptionally kind as well. Rooms were modern with lots of well used space. Definitely a great hotel for someone traveling for work or a somewhat extended stay. We even liked the soaps and lotions in the rooms.

The only thing we were not a fan of was the pillows. There were only 3 on a king bed. Legitimately the only thing we would have changed and I bet if we had asked for more we would have been given them.

I like the peace of mind me and my family got staying here. It was very quite on my floor! The property is near a lot of eateries, right next door to Starbucks, super plus lol and the lobby entertainment dope as well☺️

My room sink was stopped up and it looked like a lot of gunk under the drain lip but you can’t take it out due to the kind of sinks they have. Wish they had a indoor pool to with jacuzzi oh my my!

I like that there was a play area in the lobby for families. I traveled with 2 children so that was a plus.

I didn't like how 2 of the workers kept watching my kids and I while we were getting our breakfast and when my son wanted to get more powdered sugar for his pancakes the worker yelled what you doing and then tried to play nice when she saw I was present.

Beautiful hotel, very clean, and pleasant environment. Has a pool table and kids toys in the lobby and snack options at the desk aside from typical vending food. The best part of our stay was breakfast. The woman in charge was THE SWEETEST! She helped guests make their waffles, come to find out she makes the gravy for biscuits herself... delicious! It was as if you were a guest in her home.... but if you want to meet her...she works weekends 😊

The pillows! Whew....bring your own. Walls are a bit thin, so we heard alot of neighbors upstairs and beside us.

The location is great, the rooms are nice, love the double blinds; very nice and private.

Staff were not very attentive or welcoming. I had to ask where and how to get to our room, they did not mention the breakfast or location as to where it would be nor the times. The precautions were not mentioned either until you were being yelled at as you were going to look to see what they were serving. Unaware that it was even out at the time I went down for coffee. Trust me I understand COVID and all precautions, I wasn’t even going to get close. Just a view from afar to see the menu.

The lobby was modern, comfortable, and friendly - a good place to hang out. Rooms are simple, but have everything you need. I particularly liked the lighting. Ceiling lighting throughout the room was better than fumbling for a lamp switch!

The only thing we found was that the sink in the bathroom did drain very fast, and the last morning we were there, the bathroom sink wouldn't drain at all. I was able to pull out some black gunk/hair out of it enough to drain.

Breakfast was very good; accommodatrions were excellent.

TV remote didn't work; got new batteries and still didn't work. We weren't in our room a lot, so this wasn't such a big issue but was a bit annoying when trying to watch the basketball games in the evening. Room 205

The amenities including the activities

The maximum occupancy, per room, is 4 people. Not having a pullout sofa bed was a let down. I have older children, boy & girl, they don’t like sleeping in the sane bed. Having a pullout sofa is more doable.

I like the modern look

One of my wash clothes was extremely dingy & dirty looking. It should have never made it back to the floor with the other clean linen. It should have been thrown away immediately!! That was a big No No for me!!
