Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Walla Walla

We really like the location and the EV Charging, as well as the convenient parking while charging! And actually that the jets on hot tub weren't working. We just like to soak, so it was nice.

We missed not having the Dark Roast coffee! Please bring it back! Also the only stationary bike in the fitness room was a Peloton, that a user has to sign into, and pay if you are not a member. Not all users want to ride a Peloton, please provide another stationary bike!

Since we were traveling with small children, it was nice to have a bathroom with a tub in it. So many places don't offer tubs anymore. Breakfast, was very good and had a wide variety to choose from. The coffee station, was especially enjoyed by my husband, who is an avid coffee connoisseur.

Our room smelled like stinky feet. Perhaps a good rug deodorizer, might be helpful. The elevator floor was pretty dirty.

The selections for breakfast were well placed and easy to access. The entrees were delicious and plentiful. Miss Vickie Kitchen, the person in charge, was extremely helpful and friendly. We can’t say enough positive things about her. She is a gem! Jazz, the person who checked us in was also friendly and hand delivered our remote control to our room when we discovered that there wasn’t one. Good sense of humor!

After an initial error with our room the staff was quick to correct their error and apologized for missing the notes on the reservation.

Good variety of breakfast options each day with friendly staff. Never ran out of items.

No complaints but would have enjoyed stronger coffee and housekeeping never came during our 3 night stay. We did have to call front desk for clean towels and our over flowing garbage.

The staff were helpful and friendly. We were able to check in early and use the pool that first afternoon - which worked great for our schedule. Also - held our bags the second day for a couple of hours.

Breakfast was great!

The bed! Actually the bed was good but the fitted sheet wouldn’t stay on the bed. It was supposed to changed but never got done.

Clean and comfortable room, great location, and breakfast is provided.

The service could have been better. We had issues with our smoke alarm needing new batteries and we ended up having to change it ourselves since the staff did not have the bandwidth to do it.

We had a great stay, we happend to be in town during a busy time and it was difficult to get an uber back to the hotel, so we thought to call the front desk and they quickly helped us find a driver who picked us up in no time and took us back to the Hampton Inn. They went above and beyond their required services! We will come back again!

I think the decor of the rooms was nice and an improvement over several years ago when I last stayed in a Hampton! I think they have gotten a decent plan that is pleasant and comfortable. Staff was helpful and pleasant.

We were satisfied on the whole with our stay there.
