Best Western Logan Inn

Breakfast was OK, can be better. But if I'm taking in consideration the hotel, pricing and location, I think is very good.

I think it is nice to have a handicap room and they assigned me that room. But, the staff are super friendly and corrected the issue quickly, switching me to another room. Therefore it was not an inconvenience. Nothing is perfect in life, but with great employees with fantastic aptitude, things go as close to being perfect. We were there 13 years ago, and I'm glad that I booked the stay at that hotel.

I couldnt get a room the first night due to them being booked up but first thing the following morning I reserved us a room we stayed 2 nights and they was awesome!!! The front staff are great!!!! The main employee i feel should be highly acknowledged for her dedication to the hotel and the guests is the one lady that stayed simply because i myself witnessed this lady sincerely apologizing to all of us cuz she was still finishing up but was almost finished…..her face blood red where she had went none stop getting everything ready for us….she was the only housekeeper we was told that would even stay when they had a sudden short power outage which came back on not long after it went out…. That lady was EXCELLENT!!!! Guests pouring in needing rooms due to severe storm damage and power outages…She is a great employee and best western is very lucky to have her because these days its hard to find workers like her..i give my stay a 10/10!!! Ill def b visiting in the future

Nice and convenient to off-road areas.

A lot of guests running around on the third floor every night and calling the front desk didn’t seem to help much. Also wasn’t a fan of the girl working nights hanging on the couches with her shoes off instead of at her post prepared for guests as they arrive and early in the mornings when coming down for breakfast.

Location and property are great staff amazing and friendly breakfast was awesome love fresh waffles from the waffle maker pool was warm and cozy room was spacious had everything we needed for our wedding great shower

The luggage carts are in need of repair hard to use which is bad when you are supplying your wedding gear they are like going grocery shopping and all the carts have 3 bad wheels

After Booking.com completely screwed up our reservation, the man at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating with helping our family find a rooms that would fit everyone.

We booked a room that day and when our credit card declined since it was out of state, we received no courtesy phone call from Best Western letting us know they cancelled our reservation and gave our room away. Booking.com sent the wrong information for our room. We booked a king suite with a sofa bed and Best Western received it as a king room only. Leaving my daughter with no room or no bed. However the front desk clerk was very helpful.

A very well kept hotel that met our needs very nicely. Very easy access and close enough to the school where my son was playing basketball in a holiday tournament to make it convenient. The staff was very friendly and courteous both upon check-in and check-out and Joanne kept the dining room spotless and the food fresh and delicious.

The property offered a great breakfast, even with Covid changes. You could get hot food made on order, with unlimited coffee and orange juice in the eating area. The pool looked great. Our only regret was that our stay did not allow us to take advantage of it. I have to point to the elevator. It's been decorated so that instead of getting into a small metal box. The walls look like wood shingles. Took us aback first time we used it, appreciated that it fit the tone for it's location

The Huddle House eatery near the hotel was exceedingly expensive for the level of food it offered. You had to drive to find other places to eat, most of them fast food.

bed was not comfortable. Parking on paved lot was limited. needs better lighting in parking lot at night. front doors not automated especially if someone has their hands full or limited mobility.

The staff was awesome. Hotel was nice and clean and quiet. Breakfast was major plus, thank you!

The mattress on the king size bed in room 321 is an old thin mattress that is hard as a rock and very very uncomfortable. I had to sleep in the chair. Please update those.

The guy at the front desk who checked us is has been there before and is always very curtious and kind. He gave me a toothbrush and toothpaste because i forgot mine. Wasnt my first stay and probably wont be the last. Its not too far from any trail system at all. That's why we stay, we came to ride the trails and its half priced compared to all the cabins people rent. Thanks for the hospitality, can't wait to be back.

The coffee maker is tiny and sucks, i went and bought one to have my coffee.
