Antler Inn

great location… so close to everything in the centre of town. we were there to ski but we started every morning with coffee from Cowboy Coffee, just two blocks from Antler, and the town square is just near the coffee too. our room had two queen beds, they were so comfortable - best beds we’ve ever had in a hotel. everything else was very much standard but we did like the spa and the small kitchen area at the check in desk where most afternoons I’d grab a hot chocolate. they also have free muffins there too, and many different teas in case you want to take one back to your room. overall Antler had everything we needed. My wife added, she loved the gym and the spa which she used every day. The free bus to Teton every morning and afternoon was also a fantastic service too. all in all it’s hard to say anything negative about Antler Inn. they pretty much do everything really well.

Cutlery in the rooms would have been good, for breakfast or just to make a small snack, or a tub of yoghurt. Our only other mention would be the noise from the second floor above us - big footed men and dogs often produced sounds which woke us in the middle of the night. fortunately in our 16 night stay this only happened twice.

Super convenient to everything. Right in the heart of downtown Jackson. Not fancy at all, but clean and comfortable and it had a continuous fan option with the heating and cooling unit that is important to me. The property had a laundry room that was not expensive to use. The office even had quarters that you could buy to use. The laundry room was important to us as we had spent the previous week traveling through Glacier and Yellowstone and were going to be in Jackson Hole for a week. There was an iron and ironing board in the room. The office had coffee and hot cocoa daily as well as fruit and a variety of delicious packaged baked goods. The office personnel were nice and friendly. We would definitely stay at the Antler Inn again if we ever travel that way.

Honestly, nothing.

The property is a motel set up, but I love that they still have some common areas for use. They have an office with an array of snacks and breakfast items available throughout the day (along with a hot chocolate machine that was awesome, coffee, and teas). They also have another area with a huge Ho tub, and a third area with a gym and laundry room. The gym is very simple but as most people are probably out hiking during the day it was pretty empty and helped me just get the basics in after a long day of work. The room was great, and I loved having a microwave, coffee machine, and fridge. The fridge also had a proper separate freezer which was nice!

The location is great - walking distance to everything downtown. The breakfast bar is perfect for grab-and-go snacks to keep with your for your adventures. The employees had a dog in the lobby during my stay and absolutely love it.

The lamps and outlets are bit outdated and difficult to reach. My lap had a missing knob used to turn it on and off so I couldn’t use one of 3 they had. The lighting from the bulbs they use aren’t very bright (warm yellow) so it was a little hard to see in the room at times but none of that is worth knocking down a star for.

The location of the Antler Inn was excellent. It was near local attractions and easy to locate as well as come and go. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. I was traveling with my elderly father and went by the hotel prior to check-in and requested a lower room and this request was done when we returned to check in.

It is sad that they were understaffed. This however, did not lead to any inconvenience to us during our stay.

Front desk staff were great! The gal that wore the knit hat was especially helpful regarding places to eat and shuttle to ski resort. I liked the coffee, teas, and breakfast bars. Shuttle service to Jackson Hole ski resort was excellent. It was a direct stop to the ski resort with no stop offs in between. It allowed me to not have to drive my car in the snowy conditions when it snowed, which it did 10 inches one day. The Antler Inn was in downtown Jackson so lots of food options, shopping, and ice skating in the park in center of town. There was a hot tub next to the front office which was great to relax in after a day of skiing, to rejuvenate those muscles!

The hot tub could have been a bit warmer. First world problems! lol

Loved that it is a short walk to the town square.

You get a few vehicles taking up like 3 and 4 parking spaces leaving not enough parking. Then you question the lot behind hotel you would think park there then question because of the signs saying no parking from 2 am until 7am type thing ya they should check parking lot and have those that don't fit park on other side so there is room for everyone. Seemed like commercial vehicles taking spots.

The staff was very friendly and kind. The hotel was convenient for our daily excursions. Things were very neat and clean. We loved our room. Things were a little tight, but we weren’t there to hang out in the room! We loved the decor. Coffee was excellent and the staff kept everything stocked in the breakfast area. AND everything in the breakfast area was available for guests all day. An added bonus was Jasper…he came with his mama to work and hung out in the office♥️

The location was perfect, the room large and we were lucky to get a room on the top floor which got sunshine all afternoon and evening and it was very private as we were at the end of the corridor/balcony. Don’t know what the other rooms were like, but we find a lot of hotel rooms in the USA very dark generally. This one was not. Very short walk to the square, an (expensive) little supermarket opposite and it was a quiet, so it ticked all the boxes for us. Beds were very comfy and there was plenty of space everywhere and plenty storage for clothes in the room.

A little expensive, but everything in Jackson is, and the location and comfort made up for it. Wifi was a little weak.

- Central location (given small size of Jackson, everything is in walking distance) - Rooms are clean and spacious (sufficient for two people/suitcases) - Fair price considering other alternatives as accommodation in Jackson during travel season is a pure rip-off - Overall, pleasant stay and an excellent base to explore the surrounding national parks

- Hotel is next to the street, thus it can be a bit louder depending on the time of the day - Interior/Style is dated (no material signs of use) - If you are on the ground floor, the movements above are clearly recognizable - Usefulness of the fan in the bathroom limited
