The staff were extremely helpful. There was an issue with condition of our initial room which was corrected immediately. We were moved to another room. During this move I , not the staff, lost my pillow and my phone which I did not discover until next morning. Staff immediately found my pillow, then helped in search of my phone which had all my credits cards and drivers license attached. I was frantic. They found it behind the bed where it slipped between wall and bed. They deserve a bonus. I will forever be grateful to the staff including housekeeping, front desk, and manager. Give them a raise!

The price was too much

The bed is always my first issue staying anywhere. I would honestly prefer the bed in this room to the bed I have at home. I stayed the night before at a different hotel and ended up just sleeping on the floor because the bed was so hard. The floor was softer. Staff was so nice, I didn't check in until midnight and she was very pleasant and efficient. She knew I was exhausted from the 12 hour drive I had done to get back to Laramie. She joked with me which eased tension and honesty helped me relax more. I slept like a baby and got up to a decent breakfast. Thank you. If I ever stop in Laramie Wyoming again I'll be staying here for sure.

This inn exceeded my expectations for service and value. It was meticulously clean, the staff were consistently warm and friendly and greeted me. Noise proofing between rooms was better than average. I had adjacent neighbors and didn't hear a peep. The breakfast was better than most with scrambled eggs, sausage, home fried potatoes, pancakes, cold cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt. The coffee was good and plentiful and there was also hot water for tea. WIFI never buffered with 2 devices going. Since the pandemic, I've found MANY places have declined in cleanliness, amenities, and service so this was a delightful surprise. In addition, there is a huge, cozy lobby that is very welcoming, as well as a clean fitness room and pool.

I have no complaints.

I thought the staff here was great. Super friendly. The bed was nice, and the room was clean. really good hotel and will be my go-to whenever I stop in Laramie in the future.

Some negatives were that my curtain wouldn’t close all the way. not sure if much could be done about it, but I woke up at 5 am with the sun because of it. I don’t mind waking up early but we arrived at 1 am so that was a bummer. only other issue was the AC unit whistled from the wind outside. again, I don’t really blame the hotel for that and I’m sure it’s not an issue in every room.

Delicious breakfast with lots of options. Loved that I saw antelope while eating and I enjoyed the seating area. The pool and hot tub room was very enjoyable as well as the lobby. So beautiful and welcoming.

Coffee wasn’t that great - but that’s not uncommon for hotel stays. Definitely plenty other things to choose from for beverages. No way could bad coffee deter me from staying here again.

The location was great and near Walmart and a gas station with the most economical gas in town. The staff were friendly and created a comfortable environment with the other guests. The facilities were all very clean.

There were really no complaints. Breakfast was good enough, location was good enough, parking was nice and easy. I would definitely stay here again!

Loved the helpful and friendly staff! Enjoyed the convenience of the hotel’s location to gas and shopping, and that the property overall is well-kept. Enjoyed the hot tub option.

The continental breakfast was lackluster, there was a cowboys vs. Indigenous shootout artwork, and our room’s AC unit had a consistent flapping sound.

Super nice hotel, located on the east side of Laramie. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We stayed in the Buffalo Bill room, with a spa tub, fireplace, and separate living area with a pull out sofa bed. We could see the mountains from our room. Breakfast was great. The pool was good, but the hot tub was better. All the staff we encountered were pleasant and friendly. We did not realize the weather in Wyoming was chilly in the summertime, and had to invest in long sleeves, which we failed to take with us on our trek across the midwest. It was a great experience, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

The property was very clean, well-kept, and updated. The lobby was cute and cozy. The breakfast was very good. It had the normal continental fare, but it was a step up. The staff were friendly. The room was clean and we felt very safe. The parking area was well-lit. Dog-friendly! Great location in Laramie, down the street from a variety of restaurants and food stops.

Nothing bad to say!

The breakfast was good, with a good assortment. The lobby was inviting. The rooms were new.

The hair dryer stopped working after a minute. Called the front desk but after waiting 15 minutes took the unit down to get a replacement but the front desk attendant didn't know where to find one and couldn't get a hold of maintenance. She asked a maid and she pulled one out of the cabinet where the receptionist was sitting. The room heater kept starting and stopping and was noisy when running.
