So close to everything, restaurants, the spa, the major roads,,,, Had an issue withe freezer part of fridge and they replaced it , with no issues! Very comfortable bed, had a great sleep

Great place! It was close to food and quiet. The kids loved it. It was so nice to park right at our door and be able to pop in and out quickly and easily.
Better AC would have made sleeping more comfortable. If we could have had it a little cooler I think our night would have been perfect. Other than that, it was great!

Clean, orderly, quick shot off the highway. Within walking distance from several stores and restaurants.
The curtains cover the wall unit A/C when you close them which blocks airflow, but if you leave them open there’s a strong blue light from the motel front which makes it difficult to sleep

The beds were amazing, the showers had awesome pressure, the location was perfect, the grounds were beautiful, the blue lights gave it an awesome sense of comfotability, staff was amazing and understanding 10 out of 10 would definitely stay again.

It was updated and felt like a cabin inside. Plenty of room to put our things. All of the amenities we needed. It was within walking distance to Hot Springs National Park and to the downtown area with restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Staff wasn't going to be there when we arrived and so mgr was very communicative of the situation and stayed in contact our entire stay

Verry clean.. the set up was so cute. The hot water was the best part
The ac didn't seem to work that great witch didn't bother me much but my husband on the other hand did sleep so well.
