The restaurant has an amazing decor and the food there is excellent. The courtyard is also very nice. The room we’ve eventually got was nice. The location is good.

Althought the hotel offers great amenities, food and overall quality, we found the service poor. We booked a taxi to pick us up from the train station because we arrived late at night and didn’t want to deal with taxi drivers at this hour. The taxi never arrived and we needed to sort our own transport. Eventually when we arrived, they put us in a terrible room because they had no other free. Told us they would change rooms tomorrow and we did, but the room we stayed at for that first night was dirty and overall not worth the price. While breakfast was nice and superb food, the service was lacking again. When we ordered a coffee, it felt the waiter was annoyed by it.

Excellent place to stay near the lively Lyabi House Square but tucked away in a side street. Make sure you know how to find it because the taxi driver didn't know it - they have to drop you 50 yards away. The breakfast spread was great, the room spacious with good a/c and wifi. There were always plenty of staff around (English spoken). They take credit cards (though booking.com says cash only). As our train out was in the afternoon they stored the luggage for us, and we just hung out in the spacious lobby for a while enjoying the a/c in the middle of the day. The restaurant serves a quality dinner - reservations may be necessary and there are plenty of choices nearby.

This hotel was an unexpected delight. Staff were attentive and helpful. Breakfast was excellent in terms of variety and quantity. My room was clean and comfortable. The on-site restaurant was excellent and the dining room was beautiful--a museum piece of Bukhara historic architecture and culture. I was not able to get breakfast on the last day because of 15min (at 7:15am). Despite everything set on the restaurant except for some cups and glasses, the waiter said it was not open. It was only me there! Not to get late for my flight, I gave up having it. But at the reception desk, the receptionist wasn’t there. I had to search for him throughout the hotel and, finally the credit card machine was not working and it took me almost 20min to get the bill paid. And he forgot to give me my departure card for tourist. The finishing line was really disappointing. You should advise your employees to be more flexible with early departure guests

Very central location, great atmosphere in the traditional courtyard/ breakfast room. Staff was helpful - though only one gentleman was fluent enough in English to communicate beyond the basic standard interactions. The size of the room was good, and it was very quiet.

My room (in the inner courtyard in the more traditional section) was in need of a minor renovation or at least a paint- had some quite visible coffee or tea stains on the wall, also a possible water leakage or pipe break left the plaster quite ugly and almost falling off in a small section on the wall between the bedroom and the bath. The breakfast was a bit of hit-and-miss for us - the first day (when we were early) it was great, but the second day (when we arrived in the last 30 min) the selection was significantly smaller.

The Lyabi House Hotel is in a prime location in Buhara's Old Town. The room was very quiet, had white crisp bed linens and was well-sized for a family of four. Their breakfast had a great variety and is located in a very cozy yard!

Cars can't get to the hotel because of the location.

The hotel is a typical Bukharan architecture building as shown on the pictures. The room and bathroom are spacious enough and very comfortable. The breakfast is good (it's not a full continental), what makes it magical is the location (inside the courtyard). The hotel is also located right at the heart of the old city making your life easy. Some of the personnel speak English and will help you out (though I didn't get my takeaway breakfast on my early departure).

There is honestly very little not to like. The breakfast could be a bit more diversified. Since this is an old style building, the noise insulation is not so great so if your neighbors are noisy, you'll know it (this will be the case in all those buildings).

Breakfast is located in very beautiful "ayvan" and very tasty. Hotel is situated in the city center, all interesting places can be reached by walk.

We came in the evening and was given room with two separate beds, but we booked a large one, and staff refused to give another one (they say there was no rooms available). So next day we need to take all our staff to another room. Also all rooms with windows look at common courtyard, so you hear everyone walking and cleaning in the early morning.

Really beautiful hotel, the breakfast room was amazing. Breakfast has many options and was very tasty. The room was spacious. Location was close to tourist sites- walking distance.

It was difficult at times to communicate with staff due to some language barriers. It was expensive for what the hotel offered.

The location was absolutely perfect. And the amazing historical parts of the building made me feel like I was stepping back in time. The staff also were perfect. Friendly, super helpful and very kind
