The hotel is located in a great area beside Japan Town, close to the river and many other options like craft brew taphouses. Good breakfast served every day. All the staff are always very helpful, especially Mason.
The showers in the rooms have a very badly positioned holder that cause it to spray directly at the back wall. Hotel really needs to invest in angled holders so the shower flows correctly.

Roseland Corp hotel offers luxury accommodations and super affordable, great location and right in the heart of the Japanese area. There are so many local restaurants nearby, and all the tourist attractions are walking distance. The staffs were attentive, super friendly and the breakfast was fantastic. Roseland Corp is always our first choice whenever we are in HCM

The Hotel Staffs at the front desk, restaurant and even the cleaners were very friendly and helpful. They really made my stay enjoyable. I will come back again.
Some of the rooms had no windows. It is important to have windows so that guest can see the surroundings of the hotel. Easy for guests to navigate.

The breakfast location is well located. I stayed in Roseland Corp for 5 days 4 nights. The Roseland Corp Hotel's restaurants service is excellent and provide very good hospitality. on 10 July 2022, I was late for breakfast, but I was still given good hospitality. I am really appreciate.
I like everything so far that Roseland Corp Hotel has provided. The room make up also very efficient and clean.

I have been at this hotel multiple times - I sleep well, the location is good and the price is reasonable but not cheap. The staff is helpful and welcoming.
If a customer pays online never ask the customer to pay again on arrival - it may look like a fraud if it happens. Improve the breakfast menu.
