Good location, close to the Beach. The staffs were extremely friendly and professional. Breakfast buffet was very good, with a large variety of food and fruits. The spa was excellent too, was a good experience.

Pleasant new hotel with nice design. Ocean view (but beware of honking noise). Not too big, so no huge groups of travelers. Very good breakfast and first class expresso machine and high quality coffee beans. Reasonable prices. I had the good luck to be welcomed by an outstanding reception attendant (HOANG) who found an excellent room for me. Thank you very much Hoang.

Ceilings could be higher. Glazing should have been thicker.

This hotel is new, so everything is new and clean. Staffs are so friendly and helpful, and the room it’s comfortable to stay. Love it and will come back soon

We were upgraded which was a nice touch. The rooms are overall in good condition as the property is very new. Some of the staff were very good. The pool area is very nice. The hotel is in a good location. There are Sun loungers on the beach for hotel guests. The AC and hot water worked perfectly. We originally booked for two nights, but extended our stay to 5 nights, as overall we were happy to stay rather than move to another hotel.

This is not a five star hotel by European standards, there were lots of little things that just weren’t great, including: There are no umbrellas in the room, and you have to give your room number to ‘book’ umbrellas in and out. There are no beach towels on the beach sun loungers, and you have to request towels, and ‘book’ towels in and out. There was a member of staff on the beach in a small camping tent. Better shade/ facilities should be provided for staff. On a few days our shower gel was not topped up, so we had to use our own. The TV remote control had pink lipstick all over it when we entered the room, which shows that the cleaning is not up to standard. The running machines in the gym were not the best, and ‘slipped’ when using at higher speeds. There are lots of tour groups that use the hotel, and the breakfast time was just too busy. We only went to breakfast once during our stay, and the food was only warm, the variety was poor, and we were unable to get a hot drink as there were only two machines where you had to serve yourself… there was no queuing system! Some of the staff were quite rude, and we feel that one member of staff in particular tried to rip us off when we had some drinks. The price that was offered directly by the hotel was very high in comparison to booking through an online booking agent.
