It looks that hotel is not the newest and they maintain step by step. Staff doesn’t speak english enough even front desk you have problems to understand as well. Food in the restaurant average. I stayed 3 hotels and the best was Crown plaza. Highly recommend.

Lovely private beach and the biggest pool I have ever seen. Rooms are spacious and clean and staff are very helpful.

Cannot take your own food, beverage or alcohol into rooms. Have to use room service, in my opinion this is a money racket

Our family had an absolutely delightful stay! We were lucky enough to secure one of the penthouses, and it exceeded all our expectations in terms of comfort. The private pool was a splendid sanctuary, offering us a tranquil escape from the shared pool area, while we relished the breathtaking sea view. Our proximity to the pool, spa, beach, and club house made our stay incredibly convenient. The kid zone was a big hit with our 5-year-old daughter; she had a blast with activities like paper toy making, Little Chef, rock painting, and conical hat painting. This gave my husband and me some well-deserved relaxation time by the pool. The breakfast buffet was a true delight, boasting a diverse selection of delectable dishes. In fact, we were so impressed with the club house's menu that we rarely felt the need to venture outside the resort for meals. Our overall experience was exceptional, and we were reluctant to leave this fantastic retreat.

For our family of 4 (two adults, one toddler and one teenager) Superior suite was the best setting. The room had a bedroom and a leaving space with a sofa, coffee table and another big bed which was possible to separate from the rest of the room by the rolling wall. The room also had two bathrooms, all together It worked really well for one week comfortable stay. The hotel is big and was full during lunar new year but we didn’t feel crowdy (maybe couple of times at peak time at breakfast, but it wasn’t too bad). Thea area where the hotel located is new and there is no much stuff outside of the perimeter, maybe 5 restaurants and a couple of convenient shops. Anyway at some places in Phu Quoc (after we stayed at Mövenpick ) there is nothing at all outside of the hotel gate.

The beach is nice but might be a bit wavy and then waves bring some rubbish to the shore. But it can be anywhere.

The hotel is located far from most other attractions on the island. It's easy and cheap to get a taxi though so it's not really a problem just something to bear in mind. The price of food and drinks in the restaurant and bar was quite high especially in comparison to options outside the resort. It seems like they are taking somewhat taking advantage of how relatively isolated the resort is.

Excellent beach, always cleaned by the resort team very early in the morning. I believe it would be perfect if a beach bar was located on the beach itself. The swimming pool complex is huge, with a convenient separation from the adults' ones to the children's ones. The breakfast-dedicated restaurant is second to none in cleanliness, with enormous and delicious food diversity and the capacity to handle many people very comfortably. The beach restaurant is quite good as well. The whole staff was very pleasant and ready to support you whenever needed. Finally, an extremely clean and neat balcony-equipped suite on the 10th floor, with a full front view of the swimming pool, trees, and both the sunrise and moonrise at the beach.

I believe the policy of not serving lunch at any of the two restaurants to the great majority of guests who did not opt for the not exactly costly beneficial all-inclusive package did not seem very smart to me. The fact that lunch is only served in the room(?!) from 11 am to 5:30 pm in a front-beach hotel, actually forces some guests to find out feeding and drinking options at a few very good beach clubs and independent beach-front restaurants in the range of less than a hundred meters from the hotel, as it happened to me and my wife.

Very beautiful beach, the food was great, a lot to choose from for breakfast, the staff was super kind and nice, we were able to resolve any issues that came up. the pool is great, the rooms are clean and nice.

the beach chairs mattresses get wet and it takes a while to get them dry. some of them look quite old and have stains. there was a bit of garbage in the sand even though it's the hotel beach. the air conditioners in the rooms are quite noisy. both my friend and I had issues sleeping without ear plugs due to the noise coming from the air conditioners. We paid a bit extra to get a nicer room because the photos that we saw at booking.com were photos of 2 different rooms, which we were unaware of.

Located on a beautiful and quiet beach. Varied breakfast buffet - We liked egg Benedict, beef pho, banana cakes, salad, and aubergine dish most. Comfortable rooms - We had connecting rooms for our family of four on the 9th floor with wonderful bay view. It was a real treat to wake up to that view. Attentive staff - from the start to the finish. Special thanks to Linh at the reception who was so helpful and pleasant from the moment we walked in. Excellent restaurant - Although it’s pricy (we got their Accor membership as that gave us great discount at the restaurant) everything we ate over our seven days stay was excellent. We ate wagyu burger, pizzas, club sandwiches, iberico pork, and prawn & pork Vietnamise dish. All top notch. Special thanks to Trung, Ba and mostly to Ly who was very pleasant.

If I need to mention anything they could improve on, they will be… 1. Housekeeping could be more thorough. I asked one of the ladies to clean our bathtub and all she did was rubbing it with a bath towel. No sprays used. Is this how everyone in Vietnam cleans their bath tub?? Also the floor was mopped without sweeping. 2. Service at the restaurant could be lot quicker as others mentioned in their reviews. 3. One of the swimming pool looked very green. The staff were always there to sweep up any rubbish but didn’t seem to be doing anything about thorough cleaning/changing water, at least while we were there.

Beautiful facilities. Love the deck chairs on the beach, with cool coconut trees’ shade and sea breeze. Could lie there all day! Good selection of breakfast, with variety of nutritious stuff. Staff are friendly and helpful everywhere. The area around the hotel is like a small town on its own. We love walking around the commercial area, and along the 1 km long, wide palm tree- lined avenue that leads from the hotel’s sign at An Thoi intersection to the hotel. If you want to see how the local live or live like one you can walk to said intersection.

The hotel is not so friendly to a disable. My wife is wheel chair bound. We had difficulties navigating around the place. We managed to get her on to the beach. Really appreciated one security guy who helped pulling my wife back up from the beach. The beach (Khem beach) is beautiful, with clean white sand. The water however is for seeing only, not for wading in. We appreciate the fact that Management is aware of the situation and station a few workers from dawn to dusk, to remove debris from seawater. The commercial buildings around the area are mostly empty. Presumably more businesses will open up as more people come to live in the area.

Good location, white sandy beach, facilities are very good, very clean, friendly and helpful staff, big pool with different sections (pool was cleaned every single day), spacious and well maintained rooms with all facilities, amazing view from balconies, huge kids playing area and very friendly nurses there, kids water slides, towel stations everywhere, free kayaking, restaurants and supermarket nearby. Everything is perfect
