Lovely room. Great views. Close proximity to theatre, restaurants, Southbank, train station and city.
Although emphasising (more than once) over the phone when contacted prior to coming that we required 3 separate beds, this wasn't set up for us upon arrival.

The location was great (for QPAC shows, walks along Southbank and proximity to the train and CBD), plenty of great cafes/restaurants nearby as well as a Woolworths Metro and IGA a short distance away. The city view was quite spectacular during sunrise/sunset and by night.
The apartment could have been cleaner particularly in the bathroom. The couch could do with a good steam clean to remove the stains. Having to incur a toll call to collect keys and the 25 minute wait for the caretaker to show up (when told he'd be there in a few minutes) was disappointing, I arrived 3 minutes after reception closed. The lamp in the second bedroom had no plug but was replaced pretty quickly after I notified the reception staff.

Our apartment was located on the 10th floor with spectacular views of the city. As night fell the city was lit up with a multitude of lights of different colours. The apartment was clean, tidy and well equipped. Great location for exploring the city.
Parking our car was a headache. We had paid for parking in the underground car park and the lady on reception told us which space to park in. We drove into the car park and found the space already occupied. So we had to go back to reception and the lady gave us a different space number. That was also occupied. If that happened then we were told to park anywhere and let her know. We chose a space with no reservation number, returned to reception to find it closed. The following morning we found a rude note on the window telling us to move followed by a warning letter from reception. The whole process was really upsetting.

The Apartment was huge and modern with spectacular views over the city and within 10 mins walking distance to Southbank restaurants and 2 mins walk to galleries and museum.
Normal to expect that the apartment is not cleaned nor serviced during our stay, since it's an apartment. No hairdryer nor shampoo or body wash provided and the carpark was chargeable. But all these things are expected from an apartment complex in the city area. The noise of the nearby regular train was tolerable. The closed reception after 5pm is also normal for this type of business. So my expectations were met.

We had stunning views that we could see from each room to enjoy relaxing and watching the world go by. A wonderful view to fall asleep and wake up to. It was an easy walk to Convention Centre each day and all that Southbank has to offer.The apartment had everything we needed and I appreciated the smaller details like powder for the washing machine.Our bedding configurations were provided exactly as I'd requested, a peaceful stay and everyone I met -staff and visitors-were so polite and friendly. Any queries I had were sorted effortlessly by staff.
No parking available prior to check in, but thankfully it didn't take too long for a space to become available.

The beds were super comfy with ample pillows and additional blanket if needed. The view was great and the apartment was well laid out with a lovely kitchen, lounge and laundry. That apartment was quiet and with the windows closed, very protected from the traffic noise from the busy streets below.
The walls were a bit dirty and some minor mould in the bathroom shower. The washing machine door handle was slightly broken and was super noisey when in use.

Excellent location, walking distance to lots of main attractions including state museum, state library, art gallery, casino, etc. South bank parkland is amazing for family with kids. Free upgraded to Riverview apartment which is highly appreciated. Modern apartment with good facilities. Room is clean with clean towels and linens provided
No free parking included which we assumed to have after paying $300+ per night. The building is just above the train railway so it is quite noisy during night time when trains passing by.

Framed by floor to ceiling windows, the city view rooms have the best view in Brisbane, hands down! Decor is clean modern and stylish, with all the comforts of home. Love having a full kitchen and washer/dryer. Excellent facilities featuring a (heated) pool, spa, sauna and gym. Super convenient location- central to city, West end & south bank. Reception team are lovely & went out of their way to help me several times when I made mistakes with my bookings. Highly recommended to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in Brisbane.

Location was close to Southbank. Easy walk. View of city was nice at night.. Was in an area not so attractive though.
Sauna wasn't in operation. I booked my location based on the facilities and was hoping to use the sauna. Maybe advising that it wasn't working before booking would have been good. The pool and spa were way to heavy chlorinated. Couldn't sit in the spa with the jets on as the fumes from the chlorine stung our eyes. My daughters blue shorts ended up white. TV in bedroom would have been good too.
