Inala Hotel

The Room was excellently clean and connection to Netflix was excellent. The staff at reception and even the cleaning staff, were all really helpful all the time that I asked questions. So in that sense I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone

Not that I was unhappy about this, but it would have been nice if there was a guide book in the room that shows you what attractions you can find around the sorrounding areas of the hotel. There was no curtain for the back window of the room, so if you left the blind open there's no privacy.

Room was cosy, clean and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The shower had great water pressure and the location was perfect for what we needed. A microwave in the room would have been awesome but even without it, we were happy with the value for money. We stayed for 1 night for an appointment early the next day. We were confused as to where to go to check in. There were no signs, You have to go into the pub to the bar but when we met bar staff, the young Girl that helped us was lovely. The view from standing by the window onto the back area of the pub was a bit of a mess but honestly not a huge deal as we were just there for the convenience of the location and the bed was just so comfy we enjoyed our rest there.

What a fantastic hidden gem. The rooms are very modern and super comfortable. Also the view of the bushland ot the window was a nice surprise. Staff are super helpful, polite and really good to deal with.

The signage could be better as we were looking for the Inala Hotel but all the signage on the buildings says Diamond Hotel. To book in you have to go to the sports bar but this was not explained.

The staff were superb, very friendly and helpful. Beds were great and the rooms had a lovely modern refurb.

Needed hang space and the iron and board in the room. (Iron and board were supplied on request). Needed to ask for soap. Both these issues were addressed promptly and kindly by staff.

hidden gem in this side of town, do not let the outside appearance fool you, the room was nice and I spent most of my time away from the room but was happy to have a place to rest after a long day of work.

Very friendly staff and great services

Everything was very nice and helpful staff- always ready to help with a smile. House keeping was the best as well.

Close to family we were visiting and very close to many main shopping complexes and eateries. parks and attractions.

Room was a little small but was quite adequate for our stay.

nothing. It was more than I could expect for the price. I was a little concerned it being attached to a hotel with gambling, but my fears were unfounded.

The staff were lovely, friendly, helpful.

It was great. Bit I did find it unusual that there were no tables and chairs in the room, or the small milk thingies in the fridge.
