Harbour Sails Motor Inn

We booked the deluxe king studio for 4 people, and the room was amazing 👍with plenty of space to move around. A HUGE shout out to the housekeeping our room was very clean,tidy, 👍👍👏👏 and relaxing. The beds were very comfy and had a great sleep. plenty of car parking available. The location is close and walking distance to restaurants and nightlife entertainment even the price was reasonable. The staff were amazing, friendly, and helpful. Thank you, Harbour Sails Motor Inn. We are definitely booking this place again. 😊👍👏

Our room was spotless. While a touch dated, everything was exceptionally clean and functional. The bed was super comfortable. Room was huge! Everything you needed was provided. The spa was super clean and great. Staff were lovely, warm, and inviting. Location great. So much around! We will be back!

There was only one thing, and it was pretty minor. The rooms aren't very soundproof. We could hear the nightclub and other rooms' doors and people. But that was manageable!

The rooms are very spacious and well appointed. The staff were both friendly and helpful. Overall this is a quiet location yet very central for Gladstone.

Car parking is a bit of an annoyance. There are no marked bays and guests just park all over the place. Often, they made no allowance for others. This should be addressed as when you have a lot of luggage or in my case equipment that needs to be stored in the room overnight it is very frustrating to carry these things over larger distances when there is no need.

The motel is in very convenient walking distance to the Marina for the ferry to Heron Island. The rooms are fine, there is some place at the end of the parking lot to sit outside. Swimming pool is good. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Kitchen supply is a bit minimal (thee glasses, three knives etc.) but et the and, it is sufficient.

The location and unfussy vibe. Late checkout foc & courtesy ride to the marina for ferry transfer if needed. Owner Rod, very accommodating. Spa bath tub!

Other guests smoking outside their rooms. Property states non-smoking but didnt notice a designated area for them.

We were very happy to be picked up from the Marina after being on the ferry and driven back to the motel. Such a great service. Everything inside our room was very nice. Great location with easy walking distance to all the good things in Gladstone.

The room was a little noisy. We could hear all the Saturday night revelers wandering the main street.

Thought I was going to get a double bed but was actually a king bed so that was awesome. The reception staff on check in was awesome and very friendly.

I couldn't put any of my personal items in the bathroom i.e make up bag and hair straightener, i know first world problems but that's the only thing i didn't like :)

The clean room and surrounds were first class, really appreciated, and the location a dream for walks along the waterfront. Parking right outside the door was fantastic. Value for money 5 star, highly recommend Harbour Sails, and will return.

Frankly, there is nothing we didnt like.

The room was just perfect. The bed was comfortable, beautiful couches and dressing table. Bathroom was super clean and nothing was a problem for their friendly staff. They have room service from their Bell Restaurant Inc breakfast. The manager organised an early check-in with no extra cost. It's my favourite place to stay.

Room was nice, good area with enough around it to get what you needed. Reception staff lovely.

Restaurant was average. Staff in restaurant were average. Went to the bar to get a drink before dinner and told with some confusion they had no alcohol at the bar. Ended up ordering room service. was delivered without cutlery and was told to go back myself to the restaurant to get it. Ended up eating my steak with a. butter knife as I was in my Pyjamas. steak was tough.
