Good location, nice rooms.

Tv in the main bedroom didn’t work. They slip in a holding charge at check in. Make sure you have an extra $300 on hand that you can do without for a few days.

I like the location of the place and some of the facilities.

Unfortunately we drove up and we had a car roof pod dome on the car and it couldn’t be driven into the car park. We had to park on the street and constantly go down and move the car ever 2 hours. Yes the hotel did offer to store the pod dome if we took it off the car but that would have been a hassle as then it would have taken time to put it back on and we didn’t have the tools or space to do that. They need to do something for those that drive up with these pods as I know next time I won’t be staying there as I need to find a hotel that accommodates this.

How specious the apartments are; The staff very friendly; The location, close to everything; Close access to the beach; The views out of the apartment; Coffee downstairs at the coffee shop was great; Easy parking access.

The overcrowded pool with guests that actually didn’t stay at the resort, rather guests of the guest that occupied 10+ scarce pool chair; the bar at the pools served some not so nice food and not many options; Not enough sanitary things if you are staying longer such as toilet paper etc. The roller blinds cheaply installed, it was so bright in the mornings; The beds and pillows very uncomfortable and cheap; the bed sheets poor quality and blankets needed a wash; The cleanliness of apartment was underwhelming; No proper pool towels provided, rather bathroom towels that collected water and never dried.

The view, the space in the apartment, the air conditioning, housekeeping, the spa, proximity to shops, cinema and supermarket, the easy access to the tram, excellent WiFI, massive TV in the lounge and master bedroom and Long Boards Cafe room service.

The beds in the spare room was like sleeping on a plank of wood, my son actually slept 4 of the 5 nights on the lounge because he just couldn’t get used to the bed. The affiliation with SkyPoint needs to be reconsidered, event though I know it is owned by DreamWorld it is understandable that a patron of your hotel could include the experience at SkyPoint in their assessment of Q1. The breakfast was cold and rather basic in it’s offering. It would be good to have an omelette station and a decent coffee included in the breakfast. The last time I drank filtered coffee was sometime in the 90’s.

for the cost you pay for breakfast, you expect to sit at a proper table with chairs and not a lounge chair with coffee table. the rooms were also very plain with so much white, it needs more colourful artwork at least to brighten up the rooms. shower had no pressure we lost $6 in the games machines because they weren’t working. small chocolate claw machine doesn’t give you an option to move directions. machine next to it just swallows your money and same as air hockey table. if games are not working properly, you need to remove or put signs up.

Spectacular, beautiful view facing Broadbeach, spanning hinterland to ocean - thanks a million! Was a great place to land and de-jetlag whilst working at crazy upside-down hours. Wifi and all appliances were reliable, apartment was super comfortable and location was perfect - half a block to the patrolled beach for a morning surf, back to the pools for some laps and a spa then plenty of sun lounges to dry out on. Very secure system including convenient parking and friendly, helpful staff.

Nothing - was a great experience! Would be OTT awesome if breakfast and entry to the viewing platform were included for guests (there is a discount I believe) but as this is run by a separate company it's understandably not possible at present.

That was one of the best options we could get being right at the Surfers Paradise Beach. Q1 customer support was super helpful in upgrading our booking and provided us 2-bedroom apartment on the highest floor with an amazing unblocked ocean view. We stayed for 3 nights as a family with two young kids and we all had an incredibly amazing time together. Q1 is conveniently accessible via trains / trams (G train), its at the heart of the surfers paradise so we had lots of options to enjoy family time such as within the Q1 building we could use Pool, Spa, Bubbble Bath, Restaurants and we would everyday walk to beach spend lots of time there, and from there anytime we can go to local market with 100s of options for eating, dinning, coffee, shopping and more. We literally returned back home fulfilled.

Overall everything was great, the only thing I could not enjoy is there gym was outdated compared to rest of the 5 star facilities within the building.

Great amenities, indoor and outdoor pools and arcade were great. Liked the 24/7 reception. Room was large and I liked the enclosed balcony so kids could play safely. Room had modern appliances and was clean. Location was great, we had a great view of the coast line, close enough to walk to Cavill ave but also had great restaurants nearby, near the beach and tram too. Could get multiple towels from reception and had free parking too!

Main TV didn't have a chromecast feature to watch apps. Tv in main bedroom did though. Needed a $300 security deposit which seemed a lot.

The rooms were really spacious and clean! The staff were so helpful with our request for a higher floor, even bumping us up to a three bedroom from a 2 bedroom just to be higher up! We were very pleased with that!! The buffet breakfast at sky point is also amazing! The pool, steam room, and sauna facilities are also great.

We came from the country so have a 4wd, and this didn’t fit in the car park, we had to pay for parking even though the booking came with free parking, I thought they may have been able to clear this up and accomodate to us, considering how many people have got 4 wheel drives. We were hoping to park out the front but wasn’t possible, only thing we were upset about at our stay.

Ocean view from the room was stunning! Room was spacious. Location was quiet and great for family vacations.

The gentleman who checked us into our room was lovely. However, one of the lady staff members was a bit overbearing when I went to the front desk to collect some dish washing liquid. I had phoned reception before hand, but I was still stared down and lectured about how the apartment does not have dish washing liquid (which was exactly why I went downstairs to get some) and also that dish washing liquid was different to dish washing powder... and that I should not put the dish washing liquid into the dishwasher.... she must have assumed that I didn't know the difference between the two. I simply wanted dishwashing liquid to wash a pan so that I could reuse it as I didn't want to wait for a dish washing cycle. Perhaps a bit more tact from her would have been nicer.
