City Golf Club Motel

A touch of luxury in the room as it was refurbished- new carpet and curtains. Super big bed with clean white sheets. White fluffy towels Big flatscreen tv with youtube

Outside looks old and tired. Individual toiletries and at least some water in the fridge would have been nice for the price. Dust on the lamps No room service as advertised since they were renovating their kitchen. Extremely limited food available at reception, mostly junk like pies. A staff member in the morning said no she could not make me a coffee ( unlike the beautiful lady the night before who made me coffee and a fresh chicken salad since in gluten-free) Disappointing

We booked 4 rooms for an event we were going to in the area. The staff were at reception were friendly and very helpful. The Motel was spacious, clean and comfortable. The rooms had everything we needed and were spacious with room to move. The outdoor area worked really well with our 4 rooms all being together and we were able to gather outside in the long back yard area right off our rooms. All 4 couples were very happy with our rooms. The staff were there to help at any time with requests with no problems at all. It was an extremely busy weekend in the area with multiple events on, the Motel was booked out and the staff were extremely busy but yet they were onto anything we requested happily and promptly. A great experience and will be returning to this Motel next year for the same event.

We liked everything about this Motel, Location was great, staff were great, rooms were great and cleanliness was excellent. It had everything we required with staff being very helpful. The location was great, just a small walk to the cafe for breakfasts. Everything about this Motel met our expectations.

A spacious apartment with very comfortable seating, a good kitchen and a lovely view out to the golf course. Access was easy - we had the ground floor apartment we requested, with no steps. The location itself is very quiet, but only a short drive to shops etc.

The soundproofing isn't great - there was a lot of noise when people were moving about upstairs. The shower could do with attention to the mould in the tile grout etc. The dining table is huge - comfortable chairs (chair rails need a clean) but so big that it made moving around in the kitchen difficult - a smaller table would be adequate in a one-bedroom apartment.

We’ve always stayed at the same motel when visiting Toowoomba since I was a little girl and wanted to try City Golf club motel for the last few visits and we finally did! The room was very clean and tidy. The apartment was nicely decorated with beautiful views of the golf course. The apartment had a full size kitchen, bathroom, lounge and bedroom. which is great for when you’re travelling with a toddler who’s just started walking and you need all the space you can get. Room also had a washing machine and dryer! Staff were all friendly and very helpful. Also provides room service, and a shuttle bus to the city golf club. absolutely loved our stay.

didn’t have allocated car parks close to the rooms, just had to park anywhere on site.

All staff that I interacted with were very helpful and tried to resolve my issues. We stayed in the new unit adjacent to the main hotel block. As a result there were some issues. One this unit doesn’t have a dryer. The receptionist said she would take my washing and put it through their dryer. Both receptionist that I spoke too tried to resolve the wifi issue. Neither were able too during our 2 night stay. Ongoing this will need to be rectified. We also walked to the golf club- there is a free taxi service but it’s only a 6 minute walk along a path. Food was great!

Lady at desk was well organised and it was quick and easy to check in. Room had 2 queen beds and a small kitchenette. Beautiful curtains in this room. I had dinner at the Golf Club which was just a short walk along the concrete walking track at the back of the complex

I was in the older apartments so they had an older shower which could do with a new shower head. On the side closest to the road so it was quite noisy. The curtains also let the light in so I should have slept in the bed furthest from the window

Everything was clean and roomy. It was quiet. It had all the basic needs. The extra touch of the rose petals and towel swans on the bed was a lovely touch for our wedding night.

I booked 2 rooms. 1for me and 1for my brother and his friend. However the rooms were mixed up and I had the room with 2 beds and my brother and his friend had 1bed to share, but we adapted and it wasn’t a huge problem.

Complimentary taxi to and from the Golf club for lunch and dinner. Friendly and very helpful front desk young lady who was able to assist us on several occasions. The entire stay at this motel was a positive experience.

It was advertised with full breakfast but we received a call after booking informing us that they don’t do breakfast on a Friday. Positives far out weighed this one negative.

Loved everything about our stay. Arrived Sunday and Carla on reception was so friendly and helpful. Made us feel very welcome. Walked into our unit, which was a one bedroom apartment on ground floor. The unit looked amazing! Spotlessly clean. Credit to the wonderful cleaning staff. Couldn’t fault a thing. Unit had a separate main bedroom and a single bed in lounge/dining area. Unit was so spacious. Lovely little balcony overlooking the golf course. We had undercover parking right outside our unit. We were in Toowoomba for show at the City Golf Club. A courtesy cab is provided to and from Motel to Club. We chose to walk to Club. After show had dinner there and it was beautiful. Asked Club reception to call us a courtesy cab to go back to Motel and it was there within minutes. Fabulous service. We had ordered room service breakfast for Monday morning which was really lovely. Delivered to our room by the lovely Gina who was also very friendly and she was kind enough earlier in the morning to supply me with some extra milk for my coffee. Check out staff on Monday morning were Lorena and Rachael. Again such lovely friendly ladies. Nothing is a problem for any of the amazing staff at this Motel. Shame we only had one night here. Our thanks to the wonderful staff for a fantastic stay. Would love to return some time and stay longer.

Didn’t like leaving!!!! There is absolutely nothing not to like here.

Good sized room & kitchen.... back room quiet road noise... I wished the switch next to the bed turned ALL lights off.... Staff friendly-greeted me by name & was expected.... I reported fault with hairdryer ...not an issue....

PARKING spots were a bit tight for vehicle, not allocated, kids playing in the car park at night, dark & hard to see them ( with parents just standing around doing nothing....) Wished it was puppy friendly so we could stay there in future as we go to Toowoomba often.
